I personally seek out independent thinkers. It's what drew me to Robert's live stream. I have listened to a ton of Joe Rogan and there has been a shift (admittedly, I may have exaggerated with a couple of unnecessary ways). I don't blame him, I am pro capitalism, but the shows are way different. He is always accommodating to his guests and polite. He's a unique interviewer - gets people to say stuff a be themselves. I like it. I just noticed a shift over time. Ben Shapiro's cut from the same cloth as Tucker Carlson, in my opinion. They purely cater to their audiences.

He even claims he has his bias but tries to be as unbiased as possible, and that everyone should look the things that he brings up for themselves, quite frequently might I add.

I have he overemphasis positives on the right while down playing positives on the left while minimizing negatives on the right (for things he just spent a while show complaining about from the left) and over emphasizing positives on the right. Never steps on the toes of his base and boom you have a successful conservative show. All while claiming to be a unbiased leftist @Maw

To claim Tim is a grifter, you would need him to swear under oath that he only creates content for the sole purpose of getting donations from right-leaning people. He for years has emphasized how important it is to him to do work and provide commentary on things he believes in. That is the very opposite of a grifter.
