To be fair, we do put limits on most of those. Felons can't vote. You must be a citizen. Can't yell fire in a theater (where there is no fire)... You can't perjure yourself in court.

Perjury is a crime, not a limit. Citizenship is a requirement for owning a firearm already, as is the fact a felon cannot own a firearm. and you might want to lookup the court case behind yelling fire in a theater it doesn't mean what you likely think it does.

So, your example of "falsely yelling fire in a crowded theater" would be covered under the unjustified use of firearm in a threatening manner is not protected.

Bad actors to drive massive or sweeping policy changes is dangerous especially when drumming up talking points that are driven by repetitive, historical reference.
