You can perform fraud on camera because people will argue for you "they can't be doing fraud, they know they're being recorded"

2020-12-05 00:49:50 UTC

To be fair, we do put limits on most of those. Felons can't vote. You must be a citizen. Can't yell fire in a theater (where there is no fire)... You can't perjure yourself in court.

Perjury is a crime, not a limit. Citizenship is a requirement for owning a firearm already, as is the fact a felon cannot own a firearm. and you might want to lookup the court case behind yelling fire in a theater it doesn't mean what you likely think it does.

Schenck v. United States in 1919, which held that the defendant's speech in opposition to the draft during World War I was not protected free speech under the First Amendment of the United States Constitution. The case was later partially overturned by Brandenburg v. Ohio in 1969, which limited the scope of banned speech to that which would be directed to and likely to incite imminent lawless action (e.g. a riot).

So, your example of "falsely yelling fire in a crowded theater" would be covered under the unjustified use of firearm in a threatening manner is not protected.

Or Obama after Osama! 🤣 Ethnic background and religion is irrelevant, shouldn't be "historical" or rally to accumulate minority votes. The dog and pony show is pure filth. Foreign and domestic policy as well as solid,
economic plans are most important.

2020-12-05 00:57:15 UTC

I want to see a native american president.

2020-12-05 00:57:28 UTC

President Standing Bull

2020-12-05 00:57:37 UTC

that would be absolutely awesome

2020-12-05 00:59:45 UTC

I could see that... but I don't fall for identity politics... gotta be more than ethnic background

Bad actors to drive massive or sweeping policy changes is dangerous especially when drumming up talking points that are driven by repetitive, historical reference. Instead of creating a taskforce team to isolate issues and solve problems, talks of massive policy change is fettered again only reminding everyone of agendas.

2020-12-05 01:01:45 UTC

That would be sad if I got shot in the 2nd most violent city in the country, over a shit post pick.

2020-12-05 01:02:38 UTC

Yes, for 4 years political terrorism of the American people!

2020-12-05 01:02:49 UTC

@AntiFish03 I would, if it was the Smackaho tribe.

2020-12-05 01:03:47 UTC

Laws passed in bad faith can take even longer to get rid of...

2020-12-05 01:04:55 UTC

@Daelt dang hope PA gets their act together and fixes that

2020-12-05 01:05:26 UTC

And you are right history can be used to prevent both good and bad changes. But repeating history because you didn't heed its warning is just as bad and just as wrong.

2020-12-05 01:05:26 UTC

@AntiFish03, you just advanced to level 7!

Its why its just as important to look at the discussions of the founding fathers in the Federalist and Anti-Federalist papers when looking at the 2nd Amendment as it is the intentions of the legislatures who passed the gun control laws. Bad faith reasons for passing a piece of legislation should be weighted as well

2020-12-05 01:09:37 UTC

Freedom of Information Act where US diplomats at the Ukraine Embassy and also Deputy Director of the State Department's Office of European Union and Regional Affairs after Ukraine coup of revolution and installment of EU friendly puppet govt for EU oil (Burisma/Astana oil) can request information on Giuliani tweets and Dan Bongino YT channel info. "Transparency" at it's finest!

2020-12-05 01:09:44 UTC

And this rant has gone on and on... Sorry if I derailed the actual topic for this chat.

2020-12-05 01:10:09 UTC

What gun control laws dont you like antifish?

2020-12-05 01:10:28 UTC

2020-12-05 01:10:29 UTC

@AntiFish03 There was an actual topic?

2020-12-05 01:10:47 UTC

The channel is named <#771201221145919499>

2020-12-05 01:11:29 UTC

Do you just want to roll it back to the gun control the founding fathers used?

2020-12-05 01:11:30 UTC

Like Gitler without H? -itler, like a god? Very intresting, Doc.

2020-12-05 01:11:46 UTC

@inwa so?

2020-12-05 01:12:05 UTC

Red Flag, universal background checks, ammo bans, Semi-automatic rifle bans, magazine capacity limits...

2020-12-05 01:12:12 UTC

@inwa No, like in russian. Gitler Kaputt.

2020-12-05 01:12:37 UTC

none of these has changed anything in any state that has them

2020-12-05 01:12:45 UTC

Hello

2020-12-05 01:13:02 UTC

Is guliani not working for Trump who is in power? if Dan bongino not also tied? This is good @inwa

2020-12-05 01:13:03 UTC

and they won't... add additional penalties to crimes committed with firearms

2020-12-05 01:13:18 UTC

You work for or with the government you are subject to transparency @inwa

2020-12-05 01:14:32 UTC

make the penalties more hash and pretty soon criminals will either be incarcerated, or avoid using firearms in the commission of their crimes

2020-12-05 01:14:33 UTC

I'm pretty certian there are plenty of felons who voted for Biden...the same guy who put them in the pin after importing drugs, creating an epidemic and declaring war on the poor! The insanity!

2020-12-05 01:14:39 UTC

@skye hello, skye

2020-12-05 01:15:55 UTC

@AntiFish03 elect congress people who make pushing that kind of legislation a priority

2020-12-05 01:16:20 UTC

Also, that list of proposed gun control is already possible with the current laws. While respecting due process, and property rights.
