It was already going around in October 2019 in the US@DisenchantedTruth

2020-12-06 03:41:33 UTC

Oh! Apologies.

2020-12-06 03:42:36 UTC

I mean that the people that came into the US after the travel ban from China were not quarantined and not followed up on.

2020-12-06 03:42:49 UTC

Wasn't there also a redacted study from Johns Hopkins on how covid death numbers may have been inflated?

2020-12-06 03:43:20 UTC

Trump putting Chinese travelers and internment camps?

2020-12-06 03:43:22 UTC

either the study was redacted or the news article on it, can't remember

2020-12-06 03:43:29 UTC

We usually let states handle this.

2020-12-06 03:43:31 UTC

The outrage would be deafening

2020-12-06 03:43:39 UTC

Because yeah.

2020-12-06 03:43:57 UTC

Just imagine, "Trump puts european kids in cages" as the next headline.

2020-12-06 03:44:13 UTC

Honestly, even in retrospect, a lot of what happened does feel unavoidable to an extent.

2020-12-06 03:44:36 UTC

I imagine two weeks after that "We're all gunna die because Trump didn't do enough!!"

2020-12-06 03:44:37 UTC

we covered that in depth before ... there was good reason it was retracted

2020-12-06 03:44:38 UTC

Don't I wish I had any kind of proof....but we all have plenty of proof of bias by all media...dividing the heck out of Americans. I post a Breightbart article - factual, mind you - and my left wing friends will go nuts, contradicting it with a CNN article that isn't necessarily contradicting it....it's just leaving the "right-wing" facts out, just like the Breightbart article leaves the "left-wing" facts put....

Our media is who has polarized our country.

2020-12-06 03:44:45 UTC

Taiwan (not a member of WHO) shutdown its borders in December. Not sure why the US & U.K. couldn’t.

2020-12-06 03:45:01 UTC

for what reason?

2020-12-06 03:45:05 UTC

Because they listened to the WHO.

2020-12-06 03:45:23 UTC

Yes, I read that, but it was found HERE in the US in Oct if I remember. Let me go look. I posted it somewhere.

2020-12-06 03:45:24 UTC

We didn’t listen to anybody.

2020-12-06 03:45:27 UTC

Which still, half the people listen to the WHO.

2020-12-06 03:45:31 UTC

There is a theory I read about that said that there might have been a relatively recent cold virus (also corona) that made its rounds a while back, which was similar enough to CoVid that the immunity from that cold virus might be enough to fight off CoVid. The thinking is that it might explain why there are asymptomatic carriers.

2020-12-06 03:45:34 UTC

@AdamS Yes, we did.

2020-12-06 03:46:07 UTC

The more authoritarian us leftists love the mask...

2020-12-06 03:46:27 UTC

Bingo ... this virus is nobody's fault and we got to stop blaming everyone as if it's their fault they got or their fault someone else got it

2020-12-06 03:46:36 UTC

Loving the submission of the people.

2020-12-06 03:46:42 UTC
2020-12-06 03:46:43 UTC

We in the U.K. listened never followed any of the guidance. As far as I can tell the same in the US, all states had different advice. Trump didn’t take it seriously & Boris was shaking hands with Covid patients 🤦‍♂️

2020-12-06 03:47:07 UTC

@AdamS This is exactly why the US withdrew all funding from the WHO, didn't you hear?

2020-12-06 03:47:20 UTC

"Well you're #$*(ing useless."

2020-12-06 03:48:05 UTC

Aug 2019 in China from what I read ... but something happened in Dec 2019 in China, I'm really wondering if some mutation occurred that made it deadly (or more deadly) at that time

2020-12-06 03:48:07 UTC

That's one of the knock's on Trump... Take credit for something until something goes wrong and then blame someone else... Where does the buck stop?

2020-12-06 03:48:30 UTC

It generally stops with the people responsible for the majority of their state's problems.

2020-12-06 03:48:51 UTC

The US withdrew because Trump believes WHO is run by China. After the US withdrawal Britain & China invested more into WHO.

2020-12-06 03:49:02 UTC

Not entirely true.

2020-12-06 03:49:12 UTC

Which part?

2020-12-06 03:49:14 UTC

That's only about 25% of the story.

2020-12-06 03:49:20 UTC

That's kind of what everyone in politics does. I've never met one politician that said "I take full accountability for my actions"

2020-12-06 03:49:25 UTC

The China part.

2020-12-06 03:49:28 UTC

What’s the 75%
