Until I see what happens I'm not taking any bets

2020-12-06 21:11:50 UTC

The problem with publicizing bizarre conspiracy theories to the general public is that you run the risk of normal people rejecting them.

2020-12-06 21:12:02 UTC

get kraken-plasty

2020-12-06 21:12:11 UTC

literally have no idea what you're talking about. Evidence has not been produced in a case. The legal team that quit, quit because they were threatened in multiple ways. If you think submitting to thuggery is losing... well, not sure how to help you

2020-12-06 21:12:14 UTC

Guliani melting was okay, him farting was fun @busillis

2020-12-06 21:12:25 UTC

Not at all... I believe that Act 77 is constitutional - nothing in the act, from what I can see, exceeds their authority specified in the state constitution. Not only that, there is significant precedent that SCOTUS rarely weighs in on the constitutionality of state's constitutions. I'm not a lawyer, so this is my layman's opinion.

2020-12-06 21:12:25 UTC

@Doc If nothing else, it was fun to watch.

2020-12-06 21:12:27 UTC

Biden farted on camera too.

2020-12-06 21:12:45 UTC

@busillis it may spin off to a science of its own. Krackology.

2020-12-06 21:12:53 UTC

@Adam135 I’ll bet you 5 dollars nothing happens and Biden becomes president. You can’t place bets after something happens

2020-12-06 21:12:54 UTC

Hahaha

2020-12-06 21:12:57 UTC

And just like Giuliani, I didn't really care.

2020-12-06 21:13:05 UTC

Zing

2020-12-06 21:13:31 UTC

@Maw I never saw that but guliani being the character he is makes it more fun

2020-12-06 21:13:44 UTC

What about all the people that identify as kraken? Don't their lives matter?

2020-12-06 21:13:47 UTC

You're making a bet right now 🤣

2020-12-06 21:13:57 UTC

KLM

2020-12-06 21:14:05 UTC

Kranken lives always matter. KLAM

2020-12-06 21:14:09 UTC

Yes I want to make a bet, you said you don’t want to until you see what happens. You can’t do that @Adam135

2020-12-06 21:14:41 UTC

Isn't that technically illegal?

2020-12-06 21:14:44 UTC

I said I wasn't going to take any bets, and simply see what happens

2020-12-06 21:14:53 UTC

I thought that said klan

2020-12-06 21:15:32 UTC

As I recall the PA Supreme Court amended the act by allowing mail in votes to be returned up to 3 days after the election. That's where at least the problem I'm aware of was. It violates equal protection as everyone voting in person was limited to having their votes in on election day.

2020-12-06 21:15:37 UTC

@Adam135 you said until

2020-12-06 21:15:49 UTC

Which means you would after you see what happens

2020-12-06 21:15:49 UTC

😄

2020-12-06 21:15:53 UTC

You can’t do that

2020-12-06 21:16:00 UTC

not how bets work

2020-12-06 21:16:09 UTC

except in boxing.

2020-12-06 21:16:34 UTC

That doesn't mean I'm going to make a bet immediately after the fact 🙄

2020-12-06 21:16:37 UTC

I’ll bet you 5 dollars right now. @Adam135 before things happen

2020-12-06 21:16:54 UTC

Accepting votes which were in transit violates equal protection. Splain.

2020-12-06 21:17:01 UTC

Technically the real time to bet was prior to November 3rd.

2020-12-06 21:17:04 UTC

But you know.

2020-12-06 21:17:05 UTC

Amazon gift card

2020-12-06 21:17:27 UTC

I’ll take a easy bet

2020-12-06 21:17:36 UTC

@Maw I bet a crate of wine that there would be no president elect and comrade Pelosi took office.

2020-12-06 21:17:57 UTC

Oof I want off of this timeline if that's true.

2020-12-06 21:17:57 UTC

equal protection requires that everyone be treated equally. by allowing the mail in votes to be treated differently they violated the equal protections of the constitution

2020-12-06 21:18:21 UTC

I want whoever trump supporters hate most to be president

2020-12-06 21:18:34 UTC

It's been so long, but I don't remember the law firm stating that they were exiting the case out of fear from attacks. I do think they were concerned about their reputation if they continued to present a very questionable case. That would be a good business decision, if that were the case. Look at what is happening to the reputations of those pushing those cases forward now. They may be popular with Trump supporters, but they are taking a big hit in the courts. Law Firms are evaluated by their success rates in court - adding dozens of losses to their records would impact their bottom line.
