2020-12-07 15:40:25 UTC

She said latches take a shot

2020-12-07 15:42:06 UTC

The judge is asking how we can go back in time to decertify ๐Ÿ˜…

2020-12-07 15:42:16 UTC

yes, hopefully he recovers quickly ... I don't wish this on anyone

2020-12-07 15:42:30 UTC

Ma'am what is this doing in federal court

2020-12-07 15:43:09 UTC

I'm curious does anyone know how she is applying Bush v gore to this case? She is not explaining it at all

2020-12-07 15:43:19 UTC

so fraud within the machines ... how does that translate into the hand count

2020-12-07 15:43:49 UTC

She lied and said her spiel about qr codes

2020-12-07 15:45:03 UTC

yeah and there were no QR codes on the mail-in ballots

2020-12-07 15:45:30 UTC

The vote spike is mathematically impossible ๐Ÿ˜‚ if magic is in your argument you are floundering

2020-12-07 15:46:02 UTC

SCOTUS tomorrow

2020-12-07 15:46:27 UTC

Season 1 episode 35

2020-12-07 15:46:45 UTC

The cynic in me wonders if his CoVid diagnosis might be a convenient exit. After some serious missteps last week and being mercilessly ridiculed (almost universally - did you see the SNL Cold Open???). This might be a sympathetic way for him to extricate himself from the case. Trump had to see that Rudy was doing more harm than good by now.

Of course, given his travel schedule and lack of social distancing and such, a diagnosis is hardly surprising. He's had some serious health issues, so I hope he recovers quickly.

2020-12-07 15:46:51 UTC

again I checked the Biden votes against the down ballot votes in Fulton county and there wasn't that much difference

2020-12-07 15:47:11 UTC

@TaLoN132 that what me and @Zuluzeit were thinking

2020-12-07 15:47:48 UTC

She said pristine ballots take a shot

2020-12-07 15:47:56 UTC

Rudy gulianis daughter is pro Biden

2020-12-07 15:48:13 UTC

I thought she would speak out about the borat thing

2020-12-07 15:48:17 UTC

But she didnโ€™t

2020-12-07 15:49:45 UTC

A random gun shop owner caught Cohen after 10 seconds. Giuliani spent 4 hrs without suspecting anything. Makes you doubt his faculties.

2020-12-07 15:49:58 UTC

Misuse of top secret

2020-12-07 15:54:07 UTC

Ouch he said this is on the secretary of state go talk to him not a federal court ๐Ÿ˜…

2020-12-07 15:54:49 UTC

She says I'm not sure the 11th circuit knows what they are talking about

2020-12-07 15:55:42 UTC

yeah she's making it a federal case but claiming the state messed up and this judge is saying you need to seek remedy in the state courts

2020-12-07 15:57:54 UTC

10 counties fishing expedition

2020-12-07 15:58:30 UTC

QR codes again

2020-12-07 15:58:32 UTC

I think that use to be the case. Some of the rulings as of late (except for maybe Roberts) have been very partisan. You can almost guess how each justice will rule based on which President nominated them.

Kennedy was, in my opinion, the least partisan Justice that has been on the Court in a long time.

2020-12-07 15:59:13 UTC

They may rule all PA mail in votes unconstitutional due to the PA gop

2020-12-07 15:59:16 UTC

I think it depends on the case to some extent you still see them agreeing on some cases

2020-12-07 15:59:52 UTC

If they can , unless they kick it back down to the state If thatโ€™s something they can do

2020-12-07 15:59:57 UTC

I dunno

2020-12-07 16:00:06 UTC

On Arizona election law for instance they went 7-2 they were intentionally racially motivated so the evidence was pretty outstanding

2020-12-07 16:00:41 UTC

Seriously, ACB isn't likely to be very partisan.

2020-12-07 16:00:49 UTC

But then shortly after they voted to gut the VRA because while some obvious cases exist they are less in frequency such that preclearance no longer makes sense

2020-12-07 16:00:52 UTC

Based on what

2020-12-07 16:00:54 UTC

They honestly appear to be principled.

2020-12-07 16:01:34 UTC

Based on the fact that she found democrat questions about as dumb as republican questions.

2020-12-07 16:01:49 UTC

In the hearing

2020-12-07 16:02:47 UTC

They are also very picky about what they let into the court if they wanted to legislate from the bench it would be very easy to pull way more cases in and disrespect past justices I see lots of restraint especially compared to the other two branches

2020-12-07 16:04:02 UTC

Dismissed Powells case
