Do you have an example when that took place?
They still said heres out experts heres their qualifications and studies and statements judge it on its merit
The only evidentiary hearing I'm aware of is the one in PA where the judge granted it along with an injunction on certification, but then a circuit judge tossed that decision.
I think AZ they had witnesses come up I saw
(or PA SC tossed it, and circuit agreed)
They appealed a temporary restraining order IN THEIR FAVOR to the 11th circut.

Those debates did not go the GOPs way
@meglide he has to fire the whole agency.. because Trump's campaign claims that there was Fraud .. CISA says is all rumors..
So is this a ploy to get it to SCOTUS to show evidence or is this all they have?
And again thank you so much for the thoughtful explanations. I truly appreciate it
Scotus might pick up the PA case the other ones they are just saying take this junk to state court
Affidavits of rudeness and vote counting the want to be federal not working out
It's kinda crazy hard once its certified and finalized too they were slow as slugs
Voters can't sue until it's certified though.
Trump is busy guy, he's got Republican governors and sec of states to throw under the bus, he's got rallies to go to throw away the Senate runoff races, he's got Republican US Senators and Representatives to threaten, he's got fundraising activities such as YouTube speeches, and then there's golf
fortunately the first lady is taking care of the tennis courts https://www.politico.com/news/2020/12/07/melania-trump-new-white-house-tennis-pavilion-443420
They were suing before certified though
No, The campaign, and GOP were suing.
Is there a chance here?
And if we the people wanted to sue, do we find our own lawyer and pursue that way? I’ve never pursued something like that
Yeah that's what I'm saying they came in late after round 1 lawyers that told Trump theres zero chance brought minor lawsuits. Then they went for the money not feasible lawsuits it seems like.
Agreed
Until certification, it's all been nonsense law suits.
Interesting
Now the voters have rights because it's been certified.
It seems like if they have solid things also they are avoiding going to law enforcement
that PA one that the Supreme Court refused to hear before the election has some sense to it
Yeah but that was challenged before the election
Act 22 was dismissed with prejudice by PA supreme court before the election, and the Supreme court finally docketed it.
They probably have to bring it back up after the election resolves instead of using it to grab a state they probably wont though it's purely political
I'm still curious how Powell is tying this to Bush v Gore or is there no argument she just keeps saying it
Powell is never going to have to provide that argument
she trying to use it as her entrance into federal court
She'll never make it to a hearing by design.
Yup
She doesnt have to provide it but isnt she supposed to provide it?
Bluffers delay delay delay
@Zuluzeit don't you have some economic and political dogma to create?
Much like the GA AG who keeps promising signature checks
Watching Trump just make up how signature checks work is funny 😂
