Do you have an example when that took place?

2020-12-07 18:47:27 UTC

They still said heres out experts heres their qualifications and studies and statements judge it on its merit

2020-12-07 18:47:55 UTC

The only evidentiary hearing I'm aware of is the one in PA where the judge granted it along with an injunction on certification, but then a circuit judge tossed that decision.

2020-12-07 18:48:26 UTC

I think AZ they had witnesses come up I saw

2020-12-07 18:48:27 UTC

(or PA SC tossed it, and circuit agreed)

2020-12-07 18:49:38 UTC

Those debates did not go the GOPs way

2020-12-07 18:50:16 UTC

@meglide he has to fire the whole agency.. because Trump's campaign claims that there was Fraud .. CISA says is all rumors..

2020-12-07 18:51:17 UTC

So is this a ploy to get it to SCOTUS to show evidence or is this all they have?

2020-12-07 18:51:35 UTC

And again thank you so much for the thoughtful explanations. I truly appreciate it

2020-12-07 18:52:02 UTC

Scotus might pick up the PA case the other ones they are just saying take this junk to state court

2020-12-07 18:53:01 UTC

Affidavits of rudeness and vote counting the want to be federal not working out

2020-12-07 18:53:46 UTC

It's kinda crazy hard once its certified and finalized too they were slow as slugs

2020-12-07 18:54:48 UTC

Voters can't sue until it's certified though.

2020-12-07 18:55:07 UTC

Trump is busy guy, he's got Republican governors and sec of states to throw under the bus, he's got rallies to go to throw away the Senate runoff races, he's got Republican US Senators and Representatives to threaten, he's got fundraising activities such as YouTube speeches, and then there's golf

2020-12-07 18:56:00 UTC

fortunately the first lady is taking care of the tennis courts https://www.politico.com/news/2020/12/07/melania-trump-new-white-house-tennis-pavilion-443420

2020-12-07 18:56:00 UTC

They were suing before certified though

2020-12-07 18:56:19 UTC

No, The campaign, and GOP were suing.

2020-12-07 18:56:21 UTC

Is there a chance here?

2020-12-07 18:56:49 UTC

And if we the people wanted to sue, do we find our own lawyer and pursue that way? I’ve never pursued something like that

2020-12-07 18:57:21 UTC

sue for what?

2020-12-07 18:57:27 UTC

Yeah that's what I'm saying they came in late after round 1 lawyers that told Trump theres zero chance brought minor lawsuits. Then they went for the money not feasible lawsuits it seems like.

2020-12-07 18:57:47 UTC

Agreed

2020-12-07 18:58:28 UTC

Until certification, it's all been nonsense law suits.

2020-12-07 18:58:45 UTC

Interesting

2020-12-07 18:58:50 UTC

Now the voters have rights because it's been certified.

2020-12-07 18:59:10 UTC

It seems like if they have solid things also they are avoiding going to law enforcement

2020-12-07 18:59:50 UTC

that PA one that the Supreme Court refused to hear before the election has some sense to it

2020-12-07 19:00:11 UTC

Yeah but that was challenged before the election

2020-12-07 19:00:49 UTC

Act 22 was dismissed with prejudice by PA supreme court before the election, and the Supreme court finally docketed it.

2020-12-07 19:00:51 UTC

They probably have to bring it back up after the election resolves instead of using it to grab a state they probably wont though it's purely political

2020-12-07 19:02:10 UTC

I'm still curious how Powell is tying this to Bush v Gore or is there no argument she just keeps saying it

2020-12-07 19:02:33 UTC

Powell is never going to have to provide that argument

2020-12-07 19:02:44 UTC

she trying to use it as her entrance into federal court

2020-12-07 19:02:46 UTC

She'll never make it to a hearing by design.

2020-12-07 19:02:55 UTC

Yup

2020-12-07 19:03:27 UTC

She doesnt have to provide it but isnt she supposed to provide it?

2020-12-07 19:03:49 UTC

Bluffers delay delay delay

2020-12-07 19:04:04 UTC

@Zuluzeit don't you have some economic and political dogma to create?

2020-12-07 19:04:12 UTC

Much like the GA AG who keeps promising signature checks

2020-12-07 19:04:51 UTC

Watching Trump just make up how signature checks work is funny 😂
