Why do the court cases keep getting thrown out with evidence present?

All of the suits are confusing me now. And the left makes it worst as their reports are obviously fake and make it harder to figure out what's going on

I personally just assumed, you're asking those who helped commit fraud, persecute themselves, it's not going to happen. But thats a lot simpler of an idea than all of the court information I am struggling lol
