What's your prediction in terms of outcome?

2020-12-08 21:58:06 UTC

The only end game I see is blowing up the party, the GOP

2020-12-08 22:00:13 UTC

@TaLoN132 then why waste the time? That's my rebuttal to your predicted response.

2020-12-08 22:01:13 UTC

I'm working on my fortune teller thing, perhaps I have way too much time on my hands.

2020-12-08 22:02:20 UTC

Louisiana just joined Texas's lawsuit.

2020-12-08 22:03:08 UTC

I think they will debate whether it is worth risking the EC to try. My guess is that not all Republican Senators will go along with stealing the election for Trump. If they try anyways and fail, that will give fuel to those that want to abolish the EC. They only need a few more states to sign onto the idea of dedicated their electors to the winner of the popular vote and we will have a de facto popular vote. The thought of possibly being beholden to the popular vote might prevent them from even trying. It will be interesting to see just how this plays out.

2020-12-08 22:03:58 UTC

If they didn't want to weigh in on the PA case directly, I can't imagine they will want to do it this way.

2020-12-08 22:04:46 UTC

@busillis did the SC accept the Texas Case?

2020-12-08 22:05:10 UTC

That I don't know.

2020-12-08 22:05:28 UTC

I need to go find a Starbucks.

2020-12-08 22:05:54 UTC

I need to see a shrink!

2020-12-08 22:06:26 UTC

I need a rusty trumpet.

2020-12-08 22:07:22 UTC

Yes, they did

2020-12-08 22:07:57 UTC

If this goes on much longer will all need to seek professional psychiatric help, if we didn't already. Paternalistically speaking of course.

2020-12-08 22:08:52 UTC

@Cali La La I think they would have to if there is an Intervening Party now.

2020-12-08 22:11:09 UTC

In a nutshell Texas claims the defendant States broke nuanced rules within their own State election law/regulation, and in turn broke federal law?

2020-12-08 22:11:09 UTC

hi guys question WITCH SCOTUS court case was was it that that rejected as there are a few Pennsylvania cases before the supreme Court of the United atates

2020-12-08 22:11:29 UTC

Basically yes

2020-12-08 22:11:55 UTC

But they actually broke their own states laws...

2020-12-08 22:12:05 UTC

If the high court rules against Pennsylvania it's all over for Mr Biden.

2020-12-08 22:12:32 UTC

The Supreme Court rejected their claim

2020-12-08 22:12:55 UTC

That doesn't bode well for Trump.

2020-12-08 22:14:01 UTC

Nope NOT AT ALL. you are so so incorrect

2020-12-08 22:14:28 UTC

the only us law that is in federal statute is jan 20th

2020-12-08 22:14:28 UTC

Explain?

2020-12-08 22:14:38 UTC

So, apparently Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, South Carolina and South Dakota have also joined with Texas....

2020-12-08 22:14:54 UTC

Read that too. Sauce?

2020-12-08 22:15:08 UTC

If they took the Texas Case it is a broader Issue and is dispositive of the Election outcome.

2020-12-08 22:15:44 UTC

Just saw on Twitter... Kevin McCullough 8 minutes ago

2020-12-08 22:15:44 UTC

2020-12-08 22:16:44 UTC
