What's your prediction in terms of outcome?
The only end game I see is blowing up the party, the GOP
@TaLoN132 then why waste the time? That's my rebuttal to your predicted response.
I'm working on my fortune teller thing, perhaps I have way too much time on my hands.
Louisiana just joined Texas's lawsuit.
I think they will debate whether it is worth risking the EC to try. My guess is that not all Republican Senators will go along with stealing the election for Trump. If they try anyways and fail, that will give fuel to those that want to abolish the EC. They only need a few more states to sign onto the idea of dedicated their electors to the winner of the popular vote and we will have a de facto popular vote. The thought of possibly being beholden to the popular vote might prevent them from even trying. It will be interesting to see just how this plays out.
If they didn't want to weigh in on the PA case directly, I can't imagine they will want to do it this way.
@busillis did the SC accept the Texas Case?
That I don't know.
I need to go find a Starbucks.
I need to see a shrink!
I need a rusty trumpet.
Yes, they did
If this goes on much longer will all need to seek professional psychiatric help, if we didn't already. Paternalistically speaking of course.
@Cali La La I think they would have to if there is an Intervening Party now.
In a nutshell Texas claims the defendant States broke nuanced rules within their own State election law/regulation, and in turn broke federal law?
hi guys question WITCH SCOTUS court case was was it that that rejected as there are a few Pennsylvania cases before the supreme Court of the United atates
Basically yes
But they actually broke their own states laws...
If the high court rules against Pennsylvania it's all over for Mr Biden.
That doesn't bode well for Trump.
Nope NOT AT ALL. you are so so incorrect
the only us law that is in federal statute is jan 20th
Explain?
So, apparently Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, South Carolina and South Dakota have also joined with Texas....
Read that too. Sauce?
If they took the Texas Case it is a broader Issue and is dispositive of the Election outcome.
Just saw on Twitter... Kevin McCullough 8 minutes ago
@Cali La La, you just advanced to level 6!
The PA issues are in the Texas Case.
Twitter, really?
Sadly that's a thing now.
Well, he posted a picture of the documents... he didn't just say it without anything to back it up
Link it?
@thebrodys, you just advanced to level 7!
Wow twitter deleted the quoted tweet
There's the PDF version, if you can pull it up that way
``` 20A98 KELLY, MIKE, ET AL. V. PENNSYLVANIA, ET AL.
