I would like to think that I would be consistent, too... I think it is up to PA to decide for themselves. The legislature passed a bi-partisan bill that they believed could stand up to scrutiny by the PA SC. PA voters cast their ballots in good faith using a method that was used in the Primary and nobody objected. I think it is fair to assume that were no excuse mail-in voting were not available, those same voters would have gone to the polls. It is not their fault that no one challenged Act 77 pre-election. As such, I think they should let the election stand and revisit the constitutionality post-election. This is how they handled voter suppression in the South.

I think the Supreme Court may deal with the state administration changing election rules versus the state legislation but I don't think they'll touch the whole did the state legislature make a unconstitutional (via the state constitution) law issue
