Lol

2020-12-11 20:05:50 UTC

Jk

2020-12-11 20:06:09 UTC

No, only proof that you could have.

2020-12-11 20:06:10 UTC

no more innocent until proven guilty

2020-12-11 20:06:50 UTC

i think that's a bunch of melarky anyway

2020-12-11 20:06:58 UTC

> no more innocent until proven guilty
@nainani Totally. We should jettison that superfluous principle.

2020-12-11 20:07:09 UTC

the point is you cant prove you didnt and i cant prove you did. normally you would have to assume your innocence. but it is not the only circumstantial element.

2020-12-11 20:07:13 UTC

Having or Proving the Capabilities may be a Discovery Issue to examine the machines?

2020-12-11 20:07:19 UTC

Civil cases are not held to criminal standards of proof, only to a preponderance of the evidence.

2020-12-11 20:07:19 UTC

@Darkangael, you just advanced to level 4!

2020-12-11 20:07:41 UTC

affidavits?

2020-12-11 20:08:00 UTC

or recount the ballots manually like they did in GA? would that be sufficient?

2020-12-11 20:08:06 UTC

Mr. Marx prefers to make laws not be subject to the laws of others.

2020-12-11 20:08:39 UTC

speeding is a civil penalty far as I know

2020-12-11 20:09:03 UTC

Maybe we should get a gigantic pile of belligerent zealots to claim there was no malfeasance. Maybe even a preponderance making pile of them.

2020-12-11 20:09:26 UTC

Would need a forensic audit at this point and there are some number of votes that cannot be recounted not sure what would be the remedy for that.

2020-12-11 20:09:37 UTC

Yes! Let's go technology!

2020-12-11 20:09:56 UTC

you can recount the paper all you want but that is not going to reveal all the types of fraud that is being alleged.

2020-12-11 20:09:57 UTC

Data is the truth

2020-12-11 20:10:15 UTC

all the votes in GA have a paper copy and could be and were recounted by hand

2020-12-11 20:10:42 UTC

> you can recount the paper all you want but that is not going to reveal all the types of fraud that is being alleged.
@Phil Sounds like the people making extraordinary claims have some extraordinary work to do.

2020-12-11 20:10:45 UTC

Computer software can be altered to do just about anything? What does it actually prove?

2020-12-11 20:10:47 UTC

where does the paper copy come from?

2020-12-11 20:11:04 UTC

you alleged fractional voting due to ability of the machines to do ... what's your next allegation?

2020-12-11 20:11:11 UTC

@Zuluzeit yeah they have a lot to proove

2020-12-11 20:11:26 UTC

@meglide why are they my allegations?

2020-12-11 20:12:27 UTC

I have been architecting and building database solutions for the Entertainment and Aerospace industries for more than 20 years. I work on Intellectual Property rights systems which are used to manage inordinate amounts of information tracking the financial lifetime. I have worked on Theatrical and Exhibitor management systems. I designed and implemented solutions for the Motion Picture Association to collect and analyze world-wide box office data. We are talking about systems that manage theater attendance for movies that are used to feed financial systems to calculate potential income and analyze the factors in determining a movie's potential value in subsequent weeks during an engagement. These systems are basically the equivalent of an election performed each night where patrons are voters and the tickets they buy are ballots. These systems manage sensitive financial relationship data and are used in the audited box office figures that then become the account of record for settling any outstanding issues. All of this is not to flex, it's to communicate that this is my personal area of professional expertise... and I have serious reservations about the data analysis that was done using the NYT data and other published data sets.

2020-12-11 20:12:28 UTC

A system? Also don't system have the code of all transactions? All commands and actions that occurred? A data set that tells what was executed into that system? A LOG that's the word I'm looking for haha

2020-12-11 20:12:55 UTC

> @Zuluzeit yeah they have a lot to proove
@Phil They have claimed they had overwhelming proof from the jump. All we've seen is dubious hearings and more elaborate claims as bandaids for the garbage ones they are locked into.

2020-12-11 20:13:10 UTC

Preponderance of the 💩 that's the capital idea, Mr Marx.

2020-12-11 20:13:16 UTC

I think we all should agree that if fraud is present it should be addressed regardless of who ultimately wins.

2020-12-11 20:13:44 UTC

oh man, okay never mind. I just feel like there's some center where all data goes to

2020-12-11 20:13:51 UTC

don't know ... I'm content to say the election is fair absent of compelling evidence that fraud has occurred. Are you? ... note I would define compelling evidence as evidence presented in court that compels a judge to rule that fraud has indeed occurred

2020-12-11 20:14:05 UTC

but if it isn't so it isn't so ha

2020-12-11 20:14:09 UTC

@Zuluzeit yes i agree they have made a lot of elaborate claims, but a significant proportion are coming from the citizens of the states themselves

2020-12-11 20:14:14 UTC

Depends on what the examinations found or discovered.

2020-12-11 20:14:20 UTC

@busillis I have pre-pondered this. Only answer: Qaliens

2020-12-11 20:15:43 UTC

@meglide yes i tend to agree, 2 months ago i would have never thought it possible. the things they have shown highlight that it is certainly possible, whether it happened they will have to prove with substantial evidence
