2020-11-24 02:35:42 UTC

No idea, buddy.

2020-11-24 02:35:52 UTC

Oh yea we covered that one.

2020-11-24 02:35:52 UTC

its a shame about sidney powell, I wish her allegations were true but it feels like she got caught up in some Qanon stuff

2020-11-24 02:36:46 UTC

Sidney Powell is a sick woman. I feel bad for her too. But maybe she will astonish us all.

2020-11-24 02:36:50 UTC

Out of custody

2020-11-24 02:37:15 UTC

That was quicker than Kyle. Better lawyer perhaps.

2020-11-24 02:37:19 UTC

Did twitter literally just change their format what am I looking at

2020-11-24 02:37:30 UTC

We can hope.

2020-11-24 02:37:45 UTC

@Zuluzeit or a less hostile court

2020-11-24 02:38:33 UTC

twitter format looks normal to me @RobertGrulerEsq

2020-11-24 02:38:47 UTC

Have no idea. I got perma banned from twitter for a normative statement about the gov. of Virginia's anti-2A legislation.

2020-11-24 02:39:09 UTC

Hahaha I'm sure it was innocuous. Lmao

2020-11-24 02:39:09 UTC

@Zuluzeit, you just advanced to level 15!

2020-11-24 02:39:18 UTC

My format looks much more bubbly like facebook

2020-11-24 02:39:54 UTC

Nope. I suggested that he should be arrested, tried, convicted, and executed for treason.

2020-11-24 02:40:07 UTC

2020-11-24 02:40:32 UTC

@Whithers sounds like a reasonable statement that would not be construed as a call to violence

2020-11-24 02:40:51 UTC

@RobertGrulerEsq Maybe it is the crossover that Senator Hawley was talking about 😉

2020-11-24 02:41:15 UTC

You notice how the biden picture here looks like the Jeb! meme?

2020-11-24 02:41:15 UTC

@ImNotGas, you just advanced to level 3!

2020-11-24 02:41:16 UTC

@Whithers lol I expected no less. That'll do it.

2020-11-24 02:41:43 UTC

It was not a call to violence. It was a call for due process. And I said the magic word "ought" not shall.

2020-11-24 02:42:06 UTC

"may" not "Shall"

2020-11-24 02:42:11 UTC

Well played, sir. @Whithers

2020-11-24 02:42:33 UTC

@Whithers 😄

2020-11-24 02:42:53 UTC

It is not like when you say the word "ought" you actually expect anything will ever be done about it. Like the govt. ought to have our best interest in mind. No one would expect that.

2020-11-24 02:43:35 UTC

even if you said "Shall" I would no longer expect that the govt will do it

2020-11-24 02:43:45 UTC

@RobertGrulerEsq We were discussing the other night in Election2020 the legality of having a voting system that allows a voter (assuming that it can be done securely while maintaining the relative anonymity of the voter in the raw data, which I am certain it can), the ability for voters to log into the states server and verify that the vote they submitted was tabulated as intended. I believe that one of the reasons for anonymity is to prevent vote buying and to prevent retaliations for having voted a way someone might not appreciate, but since people can take pictures of their mail-in ballot before putting it in the mail, wouldn't that be less of a concern. Just curious, because I think that would be a great check/balance for ensuring votes were not manipulated and it would bring peace of mind to many. Do you have an opinion on this, by chance?

2020-11-24 02:43:46 UTC

ROFL

2020-11-24 02:45:14 UTC

I'm not Robert but in terms of fixing the election process there are hundreds of simple steps that could be taken to be more transparent and less prone to fraud, but they will never get legislated, and even if they are, as you can see there is no punishment for people who ignore them

2020-11-24 02:46:10 UTC

The secret ballot was brought here by the RNC in the late 1800's to stop people getting beaten near to death when they voted against the instructions of the neighborhood boss (Dem). Now, not being able to track the vote is nullifying our elections and if we could, the Dems would dox and harm the voter that didn't obey Antifa.

2020-11-24 02:46:32 UTC

you can track and certify votes while remaining anonymous

2020-11-24 02:46:33 UTC

@ImNotGas To be fair, I imagine that a lot of things are in place of which we are ignorant or simply misunderstand. It's not a free for all.

2020-11-24 02:47:12 UTC

Anonymity is why we the general public will never believe that.

2020-11-24 02:47:13 UTC

@Zuluzeit you have a lot of faith in our systems

2020-11-24 02:47:25 UTC

@TaLoN132 yea I have a lot to say about it, not sure there is an easy answer. Any attempts to ensure "voter integrity" are met with claims of voter suppression.

2020-11-24 02:47:33 UTC

I think both parties benefit from the current system

2020-11-24 02:47:41 UTC

Which is why it won't change meaningfully
