100% of the ballots printed and cast in California were in violation of **CA Elec Code § 13205 (2019)** and thus, CA Elec Code § 13200 (2019) states that "*Ballots not printed in accordance with this chapter shall not be cast nor counted at any election.*" The 55 electoral votes cast for Joe Biden are, therefore, in violation of law. With this, neither candidate has the required 270+ votes needed for the presidency, i.e., Contingency Election in Congress.

I have seen a congressman stand in an empty room at 0400 hours and read the title of a bill twice for passage in order to fund a non-disclosed agency, for a non-disclosed period of time, for a non-disclosed amount of money, for a non-disclosed action, for a non-disclosed purpose.
