I think Trump isn’t declaring a national emergency for the foolish reason that he thinks doing so would set a precedent the next Prez can abuse. But the Dems will just abuse it anyways given how underhanded they are.

How can he not see that if the Dems are willing to weaponize false rape accusations, they’ll definitely weaponize national emergencies?
They'll pull an FDR too, and appoint SCotUS judges to cap at 12. It is legal. Either need an Ammendment to prevent it or just do it first.
