@Phillip Wiglesworth - FL I meant to say "Western Hemisphere Mongol-Aztec" my mistake.

Hitting someone with a <:really:453005408064241674> automatically roasts them
Bro if you're offended by a react...
You can't recover
: 🤔 🤢 😂 my emotional range
@Perihelion - CA very Evropean
🌲 ⚒ 🇫 are three I use often
Honestly dude trying to plan and deliver on a ceremony at a time so young in our organization's history would probably result in some incredibly high quality cringe
Not really offended, the emoji just kind of strikes me as unnecessary and it's used passive aggressively.
That's what it's for
It reminds me of Reddit 🤢
@Kingfish valid point. I like The informal ones we have like recognizing member of week/month, and lapel pins. To return to my earlier thought, as the clout of an organization rises, so does the cringe/LARP threshold
Right but it's not a good thing
I'm sure each chapter has a few unique things they do born naturally out of consistent fraternity
Are we men or what? Someone can disagree with you and banter you a little bit. It's not the end of the world.
An IE that is ten years old and 10,000 members could afford more paegentry
@Papa Pizzagate and I have a few regular things we tend to do with our North Atlantic guys that almost serve as rituals
And it kind of came naturally though seeing each other a lot
@Albo Greychak - MI Not saying that, there's a difference between a bit and too much
IT'S A REACT lmao
@Kingfish very good point. a mannerbund (or whatever) functions best the more organic it is
"Too much"? Jeez
Albo and I have had some serious banter fueled debates and I think we're just better bros because of it
<:really:453005408064241674> is 🤢
<:really:453005408064241674>
🤢
ban all emojis?
Not a serious suggestion
Understandable, hashing out opinions and disagreements is fine and I strongly encourage that but reacting with <:really:453005408064241674> comes off as passive aggressive and not constructive towards an argument
<:thinkplant:359034245777457173>
Yeah comradery is built through being comfortable with disagreeing and bantering. If you do nothing but mundane agreements on "13 black do 50 crime" you're never going to get close with someone.
Re: secret societies
Again, you should be able to take a <:really:453005408064241674> react
The founding fathers were Freemasons
I’m indifferent to the Masons
I wouldn’t join personally because it’s not my thing
Oh boy here we go.
@DixieBoy76 - KY
Bro don't do it. Learn from my defeat.
