Personally I dislike them, mostly for crime reasons. Also feels very fake to me, I would much rather have a piece of land of my own with people of like mind.
I think if you could buy a block and make it mini london thatd be way better
@Freiheit - CA You'll have the same experience in a lot rural places too. Especially in the south

How America should be as a whole.
Their life is just an upbeat country song

The fiddle is what I think of when someone says country.

I think a lot of people, who grew up in urban areas have this idealized, boutique vision of what life is like in rural America.
The reality is that life in rural America is pretty awful for a lot of people. In many rural towns, Walmart is the only store and the main employer. Obesity rates can reach up to 70-80% and drug addiction rates are extremely high.
I admit I'm pretty jealous of people who grew up in places like DC, San Diego, NYC etc. You guys have far more access to better oppurtunities than the average person in Appalachia has.
^ Finance controls where capital flows. Capital sets labor value
Unfortunate but true
Some rural towns are really sad, very similar to Indian reservations
Speaking of Walmart, would they sell bowties?
