They're already winning in case you haven't noticed
Who's to say it'll even be rebuilt in our image, I'm sorry I'm not trying to come in with blackpills at all, I'm just upset
I just meant in general. In this situation, it may or may not be suitable. Can't say for sure.
I don't know if I'd consider this a victory for them. Only about 25% of American women identity as feminists, and the rest probably aren't going to be happy about this...
Exactly
It'll bring more to our side, some will begin to acknowledge the breaking point of worker drone futures and return to tradition, I'd like to think.
I hope so. But the fact that an MRA group had to do with this and not some feminist group makes it look like conservatives are the ones doing this. I hope they don't see it that way. But they're not going to blame their own side
It may take a while to be driven home, but it does have the potential to alienate more White women from their designs.
Dont worry about the draft. Women just wont go. Men shouldn't either tbh. I'd rather face jail time. There are so many exemptions that it doesnt really matter.
I don't want to oppress anyone, but I don't think it would be a bad idea to repeal the 19th at this point. I love women, but they are far too susceptible to emotional manipulation. "Think of the children" was not a major part of political appeal until they started to vote, and it's always just for the purpose of manipulating them.
@Bogl - CA yeah. I'm not going to be fighting Israel's race war. I'll leave that to the diaper wearing IDF
The draft means the democritization of war. Hence the effective end of the draft after Vietnam. Drafting women would just spoil public opinion twice as fast toward imperial wars.
Also, lots of feminists hate the idea of being drafted. It is a good wedge issue to exploit disagreements on the left.
I'm pretty convinced that an autocratic government with a true populist leader would be 100% better at this point. This madness has to stop somehow. Voting just doesn't seem to cut it anymore
We tried.
243 years. Such a short time to fall
@ThisIsChris true, a little bit is in line
but ultimately I want to create content which is high enough quality to spread naturally
This was my first interview, so I'm still learning. But I think it went fairly well for a first one. We're gonna try to get another one set up within the next few months with another author and I'll do my best to improve.
@Bjorn - MD glad you liked it
Wait, did they actually extend the draft to women?
@Jordan - MD There’s nothing wrong with the system of Representative Constitutional Republicanism that we had. The problem is that it was subverted by communists and brought down from the inside.
The Dutch had a Republic for a long, long time.
Still do.
@DixieBoy76 - KY until it wasn't. I guess my point is that it's weak because it was able to be subverted in the first place. It only took 250 years at that.
The Dutch have been subverted as well, that's kind of my issue.
Our downfall began when we gave the vote to minorities and women.
In the grand scheme of things 250 years is nothing.
@DixieBoy76 - KY but we voted to do that, that's my point
I wish we could have a republic too
Just have a new constitutional convention and outlaw any sort of thing that subverts the nation like that to prevent it from ever happening again.
The system was flawed. We can admit this. It's not necessarily the founders' fault, because they couldn't foresee the future situation, though only a flawed system gets subverted in the first place.
So just fix the flaws.
well, ya
I don't want to have to totalitarianism but Congress is never going to vote to end dual citizenship within their ranks. Congress is never going to take away the women's vote because it's too easy to gain their vote. These things are not going to just stop by voting it seems
I wouldn’t get to wrapped up in government Autism rn. Kinda putting the cart before the horse. All systems are ideal until they are actually implemented. No system will be perfect.
^
@MrDefault that's definitely true.
I just wish things weren't the way they are, but I guess that's why I'm here
No one here has ever lived under any other government type and really doesn’t know anything outside of the current system. So to say “oh we should do this”, is simply folly. It’s hot air and solves nothing.
Yeah if things were perfect IE wouldn’t be needed
Every generation has it’s challenges. Ours is no different.
@DixieBoy76 - KY I guess that's true, but China's been around for thousands of years and they have been able to retain a semblance of their culture, embracing communism or not they still have a culture.
