Having human seed colonies off world makes long term human survivisl much much higher
Don't talk to me or my moon base ever again
One meteor...pooof we done
How about trying to get together a closed digital economy for those in the dissident right? I think that would be an awesome step
It would also be quite small.
*for you*
Worrying about who gets african resources is paltry to who gets asteroid belt
And not truly tenable with the current banking regulation.
Sure @Perihelion - CA
I wonder how far space technology would be if we weren't baby sitting the 3rd world
Certainly much farther
we would be on Mars for sure
These days we don't deserve to go to space even
not in "colonies", but we would have at least landed on Mars
The point is every century we spend earth locked brings us closer to any number of doomsday scenarios
Bugmen have no right to explore anything
what about the under ground?
no sunlight for bugmen
Its a step by step thing of course. Voting with your wallet is a big power move though
My goal is too never own a credit card
I owned one, maxed it out and threw it away. Paid it off with this tax return, as well as all my other debt except my car
I don't know how I'll do it, but I'll try my best
It's good to have good credit though. Sometimes necessary
Unless you make tons of money and will buy your home and cars in cash
I'll probably never buy a new car
Renting is even tough without credit
I've never had a credit card. Easy to do
I only buy used cars
My Grandpa told me its way better to just go get a small loan from a bank, dont spend it, hold onto it awhile, then pay it back a little early with the interest
He is a successful business owner and has gotten a million+ dollar loan before
Black dude at cell phone store ran a credit check and was like "I never seen one that high!" I laughed for different reasons
my college is payed for, so little debt from that at least
I have a cc but no debt
only debt i have is my house
Budget my months spending, pay it off, build credit (not that I like "credit")
How many people know that if there was no debt the economy would collapse? Given how our finance system works
“Yeah I’ll take uhhhh 2 hour long blackpill stream in general”
#endthefed
Not an economist, but it seems it's built on debt
Debt based economy ftw
Woo! Fractional reserve banking
