2019-02-27 03:15:24 UTC

Housemates watching "Troy." For Hollywood it is a decent movie. Of course they condensed and "made realistic" the myth, but I like it. One of the last genuine heroic European movies I can think of.

2019-02-27 03:15:45 UTC

300 was probably the last

2019-02-27 03:15:54 UTC

Troy was good

2019-02-27 03:16:00 UTC

HECTOR

2019-02-27 03:16:02 UTC

@Lawrence of Eurabia ah true, I forgot about 300.

2019-02-27 03:16:06 UTC

HECTOOOOR

2019-02-27 03:16:33 UTC

reading BAP was like watching 300

2019-02-27 03:21:26 UTC

@Papa Pizzagate easily 500 of those views are me

2019-02-27 03:22:05 UTC

People are pretty critical of that video tho

2019-02-27 03:22:22 UTC

I doubt itā€™s perfectly accurate but chilling all the same

2019-02-27 03:26:03 UTC

Have you ever seen ā€œwhat English sounds like to non-English speakersā€?

2019-02-27 03:26:09 UTC

Yeah

2019-02-27 03:26:12 UTC

It weirds me out

2019-02-27 03:26:31 UTC

It just sounds like theyā€™re mumbling quietly to each other

2019-02-27 03:27:30 UTC

They sound like Sims actually @StormySeaShore

2019-02-27 03:29:39 UTC

lol true

2019-02-27 03:36:07 UTC

Hereā€™s another one

2019-02-27 03:40:54 UTC

@StormySeaShore Both the Roman and Viking languages sound quite beautiful IMO.

2019-02-27 03:41:04 UTC

Much of the rest I find rather jarring.

2019-02-27 03:41:53 UTC

The Roman was cool but it sounded overbearingly french

2019-02-27 03:41:57 UTC

you could hear it in the draw

2019-02-27 03:42:13 UTC

and in the ee vowel

2019-02-27 03:42:45 UTC

I prefer it to Greek.

2019-02-27 03:43:18 UTC

yeah it sounded like a french guy speaking a mix of old and new latin, but you could tell he put in effort to have some semblance of the old tongue which is cool

2019-02-27 03:44:25 UTC

Hittites sounded awesome

2019-02-27 03:49:20 UTC

woah

2019-02-27 03:49:21 UTC

lol

2019-02-27 03:49:34 UTC

so Tucker mentioned VDare on his show... Iā€™d bet money that heā€™s checked them out at the very least
