I would express my disappointment, explain why pink hair is dumb, dye it back to natural color, tell her she can do what she wants when she lives on her own. Would also ask her *why* she did it, open a discussion about [insert reason].

When my mom chose harsh punishments for small things when I was 18ish, it just hardened me against her and made me incapable of seeing *why* she preferred I make certain decisions.

By that age you gotta prioritize setting them up to make decisions without you over getting revenge for disobedience
