Whats the rules on posting the caravan flyers with regard to locales?

I was thinking coffee shop bulletin boards and the like

It's not IE branded so I presume the rule is put them wherever you want as long as it's legal. (Higher-ups please correct me if I'm wrong.)

Also can you get me locations and distance to land mark, like a Starbucks or welfare office.
