once I get this rifle put together, I'm considering taking it to a local guy in my city who does cerakote and other gunsmithing stuff. Basically saying, here I'd like it in colors that will blend with the environment here in oklahoma, but also an original work of art. Go nuts.
At least I've heard tattoo artists like hearing that sort of thing, so I figure a cerakote artist might like that too.

Thanks for the suggestions to my question earlier. I pretty much match up with the ideas. I do have the joy of being in a state that allows the sale of only a 7 page list of approves firearms so some of your suggestions won't be "possible". Also, I'm more likely to go the prepared, private sale via something armslist like. Just wanted to get input and y'all did not disappoint.

2020-05-12 00:43:25 UTC

I am disappointed that no one suggested stealing a tactical nuke but I'll get over it😂

2020-05-12 00:58:24 UTC

Like anyone can find that for under 800

2020-05-12 00:58:37 UTC

Don't be ridiculous. That's only pulse-grenade level.

2020-05-12 01:12:08 UTC

How much of an AR-15 is 3d printable? 🤔

2020-05-12 01:16:16 UTC

Meh.

2020-05-12 01:16:26 UTC

Asking the wrong question IMO.

2020-05-12 01:17:05 UTC

To easy to build a P-80 AR-15. The real question is how easy is it too print other guns that wont be named.

2020-05-12 01:17:37 UTC

The real answer, is none.

2020-05-12 01:17:42 UTC

The Pistol Grip, at most.

2020-05-12 01:17:59 UTC

printed plastic cannot handle the stress or heat of a firearm.

2020-05-12 01:18:56 UTC

I think we all know what one could 3-D print.

2020-05-12 01:19:02 UTC

No one say it.

2020-05-12 01:22:25 UTC

A dildo?

2020-05-12 01:37:04 UTC

There is a 3d printed AK reciever in the works. I seen the prototype shoot probably about 100 rounds until the was a failure with a custom made extractor that bunged up the bolt

2020-05-12 01:41:28 UTC

Any good scopes yall reccomend? Ideally higher than x9

2020-05-12 01:59:19 UTC

How viable would 3d ammo be?

2020-05-12 02:01:07 UTC

Ok. I was just throwing around the idea of printing some parts to save money or even dabble in selling parts, but if it's mostly stuff that can't be plastic I won't bother.

2020-05-12 02:04:56 UTC

@John Public I could see printing shotgun shell hulls I suppose.

2020-05-12 02:08:35 UTC

I was just curious if it would be possible to print the bullet and save money that way. I mean, after expenses, youd need to produce several thousand or more but for the enthusiasts who had a desire I wasnt sure it would even work

2020-05-12 02:11:31 UTC

@Bogs_Bunny that actually might be cost effective, if you had the desire to go hunting and or the range and **really** let er rip lol

2020-05-12 02:25:06 UTC

You could get a small Cnc mill and just Cnc some things

2020-05-12 02:28:28 UTC

Not sure how practical that is I’ve been drinking

2020-05-12 02:30:43 UTC

@RooftopKorean Well no good story started with " I was eating a salad when" so it might be a good idea

2020-05-12 03:58:39 UTC

@GunGrabbingMemes
I watched your De-sporterizing Enfield video
Wholesome shit, man

2020-05-12 03:58:47 UTC

There's a 3d printed 12 gauge made with parts you can reasonably get in a country that doesn't allow firearms, and it supposedly works pretty well

2020-05-12 03:59:23 UTC

*cough cough* totally legal to manufacture your own in the US

2020-05-12 03:59:54 UTC

Nice.

2020-05-12 04:00:16 UTC

I don’t like the idea of polymer anything if I’m honest as I do feel as if it breaking would be quite easy to do.

2020-05-12 11:51:25 UTC

I can see a printed shotgun working pretty well. Get the metal parts you need at literally any hardware store

2020-05-12 11:52:12 UTC

But 3D printed stuff is kinda the modern equivalent of the Sten.... anyone can make one. But the sten is better

2020-05-12 12:07:10 UTC

Yeah and if you have a failure or malfunction with a 3d printed firearm, the only up side is slightly softer shrapnel

2020-05-12 12:09:38 UTC

Thankfully the pressurized parts of the liberator 12k are steel. Mostly 3/4" thick steel tube

2020-05-12 13:14:52 UTC

If everyone is so worried about a receipt (cause very few states actually have registration), then buy one used

2020-05-12 13:15:27 UTC

%80's are cool. But for the cost you can but a spikes or equivalent lower all day.

2020-05-12 13:16:11 UTC

Now %80 glocks are another story. Those I feel are totally worth it. I just think the AR lowers are over priced for what they are.

2020-05-12 17:41:00 UTC

"Just buy a shotgun! 2 blast in the air and they will leave you alone!" 🤣😂

2020-05-12 17:50:13 UTC

Reminds me of Biden.
You don't need one of those ar13s, you need a good double barrel. Two warning shots from a good uh, barrel, will scare away the mailman. Then you can do the thing, the gun thing, children, you can keep sniffing children and the mailman won't take your ar19 because you don't need it.

2020-05-12 18:00:29 UTC

The children love to play with my hairy legs.

2020-05-12 18:08:54 UTC

I’m gonna get a Shellback Tactical Rampage and then stick a Spiritus Micro Fight on it.
