There is a town in alaska that has elected a cat mayor for years. This should be a model for all major cities to follow

2020-05-17 19:57:54 UTC

2020-05-17 20:00:04 UTC

I need to move my fat ass to a state that understands what the 2nd amendment means. Fucking taxachusetts

2020-05-17 20:03:03 UTC

A state that understands the 2A? I see you are only interested in the exceptionally rare

2020-05-17 20:05:40 UTC

Compared to mass, every state has an understanding. Only California seems worse than mass in allowing its subjects the right of self defence.

2020-05-17 20:06:25 UTC

But until then, grog have pointy stick. Many pointy stick for to make the hurting

MA allows 80% lowers.

2020-05-17 20:25:13 UTC

Could you build a compliant ootion?

2020-05-17 20:26:38 UTC

I could. But time and money spent would be a problem. It works out to be about the same cost to buy used. I should just bite the bullet but if I fuck up its money down the drain.

2020-05-17 20:27:25 UTC

And I fuck up everything I touch

2020-05-17 20:29:36 UTC

If anyone here knows anything about drones, I need some help.
I'm looking for a good recon drone.
With decent range and flight duration.
Especially with good signal range for video feed.
Compact package preferred.
Budget $100-500 (preferred lower end of cost spectrum)

2020-05-17 21:38:38 UTC

Nothing like a little mutiny to spice up the server a bit

2020-05-17 21:47:05 UTC

Repeal All Laws Repugnant In The Face Of The Constitution And Abolish The Federal Reserve 💯

2020-05-17 21:55:39 UTC

How do we feel about repealing the 17th amendment?

2020-05-17 21:56:11 UTC

Or even the 14th given jow it was written/the doctrines following it i.e Incorporation?

2020-05-17 21:57:18 UTC

ehhh.... that's a little fuzzy.

2020-05-17 21:57:18 UTC

Truly all laws made after 1913 (fed reserve) are null and void, because they are made by a foreign occupied government.

2020-05-17 21:57:30 UTC

i mean, fair

2020-05-17 21:58:17 UTC

I dont disagree with bringing federal rights to states, and I think the premise is true and good, but I feel the pernissions it gave to the federal level consequentially allowed for a lot of the federal overreach.

2020-05-17 21:59:12 UTC

You gotta realize the doctrine broght federal rights to citizens, meaning many of the problems citizens had were now incorporsting the fed into it

2020-05-17 22:00:06 UTC

10th amendment (based)

>The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

2020-05-17 22:00:41 UTC

>OR TO THE PEOPLE

2020-05-17 22:00:47 UTC

so many forget about that bit

2020-05-17 22:02:01 UTC

I think incorporation conflicts with the 10th since it says "fed powers are fed powers and nothing more or less" and then the 14th says "fed rights are now your rights"

If Im looking at this innthe right lens, that tells me a lot of the open-endedness created for states and people by the 10th is largely negated

2020-05-17 22:03:38 UTC

July 9, 1868
It was made after the civil war, that probably has something to do with it

2020-05-17 22:05:06 UTC

True. May have been a decisive way to bulwark against seccession, as I think the 10th was cited as part of the reasoning/legal justification for it among other thingsn

2020-05-17 22:20:59 UTC

Context matters, England had abolished slavery and the cotton trade from the US to England was dependent upon the slave labor to maintain low market prices and reap high profits... it's always about money. The south was bullied by the rich bankers and business owners to keep the high profits. Throw in some states rights bs sp the masses will fight, viola, civil war
