should that help with the fat?
inefficient without the proper protein intake
what if i wanna look girly
a bit but if you aim is to burn fat, you should have appropriates meals
food gives you energy to do exercices, makes you work harder and can increase your metabolism
Aim is to look fem. Not the usual masculine bodybuilding.
a bigger metabolism burns more fat, even when you're resting
Shit
^ As extreme ectomorph, I confirm. lol
Even 5000 calories a day is hard for me to gain.
ill go eat a fucking
corn dog then
you can eat lean food
I gotta bump close to 8000 to gain weight, but that costs too much money.
if you reduce bad fats in your meals, you'll be good
Hence my massive bounces in weight.
can i lose fat and look girly by just eating one applesauce
Applesauce is water
Stop that
fish and stuff like olive oil are good for you
opening a new water bottle right now
Drop it 👺
it's good for the skin, hair, heart, articulations
dont you goblin me
I hate water. Texans drink tea. lol
Not just any tea.
water is good too but don't starve
Red Diamond Sweet Tea.
if you don't want to gain volume, works with the max weight you can to increase your force instead of your volume
Idk, I get massive when I switch to max weights...
you won't get real improvement on your daily exercices, but that will makes you lean
(Well, massive for my usual size of course.)
weird, not me, I get more volume if I work with my 60% max weights
When I was doing sets of 300 to 400 pounts deadlifts I got a shit ton of volume. Then when I dropped to 200lb deadlifts I lost a lot. Especially around my traps. Which is why my neck looks like a pencil neck now.
But now I don't have the full set of weights I did. :/
anyway @Homu H. if you want to burn fat, try HIIT (or more specially SIT, Sprint Interval Training)
that's the most efficient if you're doing exercices on the side like situps and squats
and roo, that depends a lot on your food intake
but going for 60% instead of my 90/100% get me more results in volume
if you don't eat a lot proteins, you won't get a lot of volume anyway
