2016-12-21 21:16:03 UTC

you can eat lean food

2016-12-21 21:16:05 UTC

I gotta bump close to 8000 to gain weight, but that costs too much money.

2016-12-21 21:16:22 UTC

if you reduce bad fats in your meals, you'll be good

2016-12-21 21:16:24 UTC

Hence my massive bounces in weight.

2016-12-21 21:16:25 UTC

can i lose fat and look girly by just eating one applesauce

2016-12-21 21:16:43 UTC

Applesauce is water

2016-12-21 21:16:44 UTC

Stop that

2016-12-21 21:17:00 UTC

fish and stuff like olive oil are good for you

2016-12-21 21:17:14 UTC

2016-12-21 21:17:31 UTC

2016-12-21 21:17:37 UTC

2016-12-21 21:17:39 UTC

2016-12-21 21:17:41 UTC

I hate water. Texans drink tea. lol

2016-12-21 21:17:58 UTC

Not just any tea.

2016-12-21 21:18:01 UTC

water is good too but don't starve

2016-12-21 21:18:04 UTC

Red Diamond Sweet Tea.

2016-12-21 21:18:50 UTC

if you don't want to gain volume, works with the max weight you can to increase your force instead of your volume

2016-12-21 21:19:28 UTC

Idk, I get massive when I switch to max weights...

2016-12-21 21:19:36 UTC

you won't get real improvement on your daily exercices, but that will makes you lean

2016-12-21 21:19:48 UTC

(Well, massive for my usual size of course.)

2016-12-21 21:20:25 UTC

weird, not me, I get more volume if I work with my 60% max weights

2016-12-21 21:21:07 UTC

When I was doing sets of 300 to 400 pounts deadlifts I got a shit ton of volume. Then when I dropped to 200lb deadlifts I lost a lot. Especially around my traps. Which is why my neck looks like a pencil neck now.

2016-12-21 21:21:20 UTC

But now I don't have the full set of weights I did. :/

2016-12-21 21:21:56 UTC

anyway @Homu H. if you want to burn fat, try HIIT (or more specially SIT, Sprint Interval Training)

2016-12-21 21:22:39 UTC

that's the most efficient if you're doing exercices on the side like situps and squats

2016-12-21 21:23:12 UTC

and roo, that depends a lot on your food intake

2016-12-21 21:23:40 UTC

but going for 60% instead of my 90/100% get me more results in volume

2016-12-21 21:24:17 UTC

if you don't eat a lot proteins, you won't get a lot of volume anyway

2016-12-21 21:25:11 UTC

I wasn't bulking during that time.

2016-12-21 21:25:29 UTC

I haven't bulked in a couple years lol.

2016-12-21 21:25:45 UTC

Cause bodybuilding started getting too expensive.

2016-12-21 21:25:58 UTC

what do you mean by bulking ? gaining volume right ?

2016-12-21 21:26:22 UTC

And after I got outta school there was no one left to admire me, so I fell off track. lol

2016-12-21 21:26:46 UTC

Bulk as in eating more than your maitainance

2016-12-21 21:27:04 UTC

i was just saying that your result with deadlift getting you volume might have to do with your proteins intakes

2016-12-21 21:27:05 UTC

towelie are you a dietist

2016-12-21 21:27:22 UTC

I eat a lot of protein, so yeah.

2016-12-21 21:27:29 UTC

nop, I'm just going to the gym since 2007
