@sɪᴅɪsɴᴏᴛʜᴇʀᴇ @Deleted User Alright, so first off, the government didn’t “steal” any money from us. We are paying for services that they provide (e.g. protection, roads, and regulators).

When the government does stuff like stimulate the economy by spending money they don’t have, people in the future are going to have to pay high taxes as a consequence for the government’s actions. This is one reason why us conservatives want the government to have less control.

I agree, normally I don't like stimulus. But in this case the short term issues caused by a recession that is *not their fault* (firms and consumers) is very bad.

We should help them out.

Also, Trump shouldn’t of quarantined people for a list of reasons:
1. Facilities already have systems in place for when a worker is sick
2. It destroys the economy
3. It denies us freedom.
4. It gives the government more power

We’re basically skipping the work part of socialism and heading straight to the supposed benefits, but that will fail the economy fast.

He hasn't quarentined anyone *yet*, but

Are all worth stopping a national emergency like a virus, we're not an-caps - we're conservatives. However that does not mean we're crazy libertarians that want people dead vs "lower freedom" for a short term

In fact, the average age of coronavirus deaths is somewhere in the 80s. There have been no reported deaths of people 10 and under and only 1 reported death of people under 19. The fatality rate for people under 40 is 0.2%
