Because the video ignores the fact that you cant accumulate capital in the safe way that you can in western society without a strong government and its institutions to not only provide the public infrastructure you use to generate the capital (a network of roads amongst all other public utilities for cheap prices and at a relatively reliable supply), but also the prerequisites for a prosperous economy (protections afforded to you by the law/police and a healthcare system which keeps the populace relatively "healthy" and hence productive.) If you benefit from this set-up more than others did, you ought to pay a higher proportion of your income for at least these two reasons:
a) The government's purpose is utilitarian in nature, but your excess income has a diminishing return to you, but not for those less advantaged. Its also simply better for the economy to not squeeze the pockets of those on the bottom rung.
b) Not everyone's environmental context is the same, your's just happened to be such that you were in a position to benefit more from the environment that society set up for you to utilise, therefore you owe more to society than others do on a proportional basis.
