Do you guys have any tips on working more effectively at home? I'm a uni student now and up until now have relied on focusing hard in class and learning all the content there and doing some lazy prep at home and now have to learn everything here so any tips on focusing would be greatly appreciated

Read the book, play some music in the background that won't distract you, watch videos on the subject, take a break every half hour so as not to burn yourself out but just a fifteen minute break
Then once you're about to take an online test, play the same music again

Don't eat all day but gum is fine

Don't mix up your sleep schedule

That's about all I got

Try to make a set up like what youd have at school. Like if you were in the library at a table get your table and set out your supplies and books, make it as quite as possible ect...

Try to avoid doing work in your room bc you'll get easily distracted.

It got more complicated
So I told my friend my feelings and told her that whatever she decided was fine by me


And she said she didn't want to lose me but that she's also not sure

Then she went and hand made me a mask, like not with her sewing machine but all by hand

Honestly I think I'd be fine with just leaving everything in the past but at this point I think I'll just let it play out and try to be amicable but no more
