I have a lot to say in this post so please read this post in full before commenting. I started covering South African M.M.A. and interviewing the E.F.C. fighters back in 2011. Neil Grove being a South African born fighter now living in the U.K. was the first one I interviewed and he helped me kickstart my interest in the South African fight scene. As time went on I interviewed more and more South African fighters including Danie "Pitbull" van Heerden (who would later become the E.F.C. heavyweight champion). A year later I interviewed his brother (and boxing champion), Chris "The Heat" Van Heerden. One night Pitbull told me that he wanted me to have a chat with his dad, Daniel Christoffel van Heerden (aka Danie Sr.) I gave Danie Sr. a call and we had a 20+ minute conversation. As time went on, I stopped covering M.M.A. and I started interviewing South African musicians like Jack Parow, Francois Van Coke, Albert Frost, and Dan Patlansky. Then I started hearing about the bad stuff going on in South Africa. The farm murders, Julius Malema, and so much more that I felt that I needed to start talking about this stuff. One of my best interviews was with Steve Hofmeyer (someone I can say is a friend). Now the violence has hit my heart harder than ever. Danie Sr. is now another statistic in the horrible wave of crime and murder in South Africa. I can't say that I truly knew Danie Sr. but I've had several conversations with Pitbull and feel that he is a friend of mine. And from the conversation I had with Danie Sr. I knew he was a good man. I wish to give my condolences to the Van Heerden family. I'm truly sorry for your loss. At the same time, I'm highly pissed off and something needs to be done in South Africa right fucking now!

Check the comments! Are people finally getting tired of this constant shitty race-baiting??
Seems like just a bit of harmless fun and jackassery to me. ^.^ Their antics made me audibly lol Thoroughly amusing. Am I racist for being entertained by it? 😂
Stupid challenge I personally think, at least it's not washing liquid pods they are biting down on lol. yeah I think some people are starting to get a little tired of it, and seeing through the attempts.
Heard about that, pretty disgusting really. So much to unpack, and even then it's hard to understand what happened still. Crazy Times.
Crazy times indeed. Its like the middle ages.
Yeah, we are witnessing actual regression and ignorance and superstition taking over reality.
🤦
is was probably being toad by a ford ranger that's why it was speeding
Actually reminds me of an old joke.. Old toppie with a datsun y20 bakkie broke down, and a guy pulls up in his porche offering a tow, when they entered the town at the first robot, a ferari pulls up next to the porche and starts revving, the porche revvs back, and as the light goes green they pull off speeding down the road. Traffic officer call's dispatch reporting the incident as a ferrari and a porche racing down the road reaching speeds of 200kmph and a datsun y20 bakkie hooting at them to make way to over take lol.
I am bad with telling jokes, but it was such a funny one when i heard it as a young lad
What happened to you Canada... Oh right, feminism happened. Lol the prime minister saying this, good grief.
We live in a society where killing babies are acceptable
Live*
Yes, what's really concerning is how hard they pushing for it, even willing to shame pro-lifers for caring about life.
@Deleted User abortion is not murder but if someone kicks a pregnant woman and the baby dies and then it is considered murder?
Doesn't make sense
Imagine if a girl's parents are pro-life and they want her to keep the baby but she secretly goes to an abortion clinic and on her way she gets mugged and assaulted and then the baby dies . Is it murder or not?
Technically yeah, not premeditated though. But if the law doesn't recognise it, then it can be overlooked obviously.
You get different mindsets here, those who see life beginning from inception, those who see life only beginning when there is a heart beat present, and those who think life only begins at birth. So life I guess means different things to different people, from text book definition to lawful definition. Obviously where abortion is legal, life is defined anywhere from when the heart beat starts to the time of birth. Either way, it definitely encourages reckless and irresponsible behaviour and decision making.
