yeah, just make the posting to the internet of cad files pertaining to gun creation illegal, that'll make them cease to exist

everything up until the last second before he pulled the trigger justified it. But in that last second, the attacker was backing away, and the man had space.

i think the attacker was no longer a threat once the gun was up because he clearly backed off. and with plenty of time for the guy on the ground to realize it. as the dude also was turning away at the time of firing.

Sounds like this guy routinely harasses people who are parked in handicapped spaces.

the push was excessive, sent him a good distance. Pulling the gun for that was totally justified as it was clear the guy still advanced on him after sending him flying

however, there was enough time to recognized that the presence of a gun had immediately changed the dynamic., and that the man standing was clearly backing off for the moment.

given that there was no one else in danger, nor was the man on the ground's property in danger, i would say this was not a good shoot.

perhaps not murder, but at least whatever a drunk driver would get for causing injury or death.

i'm 50/50 on that. they were illegal parked and from some other comments it seems the longer version has him pointing it out and the lady getting angry and stepping out of the car.

for all we know, that man has had to use handicapped spots or knows someone who does, and i would understand getting upset with people who break that law
