Were drugs to be legalized, what do you think the gangs and gang members that are currently deeply involved with the drug trade would do?

I saw this come up in a conversation earlier on News, concerning Free Speech. I just wanted to point something out.

The freedom to speak your mind is the last line of defense for freedom of thought. When someone advocates for Free Speech, they are saying that someone should be -allowed- to speak.

Freedom of speech does NOT protect you from rebuttal, character judgement, or even being outright ignored. It protects you from having your own rights taken away due to your speech. You do not have the right to someone else's ear. You don't even have the right to have your text considered by another. Those rights belong to the listener.

If I have an issue with femboy foxes, or other such ideologies, I have the right to express my distaste for those ideologies, as does anyone have the right to express distaste for my brand of militant centrism.

I may continue to dismiss people who try to inject an ideological narrative into a conversation where I don't believe it belongs, as is my right, and as is the right of anyone else. Also, this isn't about femboy foxes.
