That's not true, many zombie stories have them recall their live and still have personalities, they are merely nonliving and often have a compulsion to spread the zombie virus.
By zombie, the general connotation is that either they are A) soulless husks being used by a Vodoo Preist or B) A non sentient undead canabal out to eat flesh of the living.

Sexual attraction and engaging in sexual acts with a Lych, would not be Necrophilia based on the grounds that the Lych is a sentient being. It would fall under the heading of "Infection chasing" if anything.
By that definition, having sex with a sentient beaver isn't bestiality.
