Let's back up a moment, UM. If something is not "normal" does that mean it is necessarily bad? Whites in southern Africa was not "normal" but they survive just fine despite their abnormal lack of melanin to protect from the sun. A veteran who gets his leg blown off by a UMD is not "normal" but they can live a highly productive life and make a positive difference for society.

People can continue despite disadvantages. But yes, it's self evident that transgender individuals suffer from a mental illness that effects their perception of reality. They feel or believe that they are something they are not. Encouraging their delusions is not healthy.
