And what if you just
Don't.
I think you default in when you turn 18 and get a license.
If you refuse to sign up for the draft can you get any of those things
Basically if you register anything with the government after 18, you are added to the draft.
So you have to sign up for the draft to get those things, essentially.
If you want to not be included in the draft, you cannot have those things.
by law i think any male US citizen is signed up to the draft once they hit 18
i don't really recall any way to really avoid it
except by avoiding the government all together so its harder for them to find you

Not cool
Its important to know sex for DNA testing in crimes. If cops find male DNA at crime scene, but license says female someone might get dismissed incorrectly.
a rare scenario for sure, but still.
@grant exact opposite problem still happens if witnesses say they saw someone who looked female but only evidence they found says male.
Sure, but lets just add to that problem.
It doesn't add to the problem
If you look at my proposed solution, it should prevent that lazy police work
Androgen insensitivity syndrome. Born female phenotype but male genotype
Also, if you have DNA, then you should be getting that person dna to try and rule them out of other potential dna samples found @ @grant.
One thing I found published by the American Intersex Association claims one in one hundred Americans are born Intersex (various conditions)
So one in one hundred are truely non-binary, the rest well this is the debate channel
If I remember right there was some info showing they manipulated that number to be larger than it should be.
Cops don't just DNA everybody. they DNA top suspects. Person whos legal ID says they don't match the gender would probably be ruled out before then.
Pendell, they list about fifty conditions that make someone "Intersex" so that is an in total number.
You 'd have to retrain all police to know sex on id cards no longer mean anything
@grant except why would they be looking at Id for the sex and not the name?
And how often would that be a problem?
Hey, look at that I already covered that when I made my first statement: *a rare scenario for sure, but still.*
Subject a small portion of the population to more problems because of an even smaller subset of that population might cause problems?
Or use my solution which is remove it from IDs entirely
Since it doesn't seem to have a purpose
Not that you necessarily will trust me on this, but no one would mistake me for a man.
I'm your average 50yo female now
@Grenade123 Good luck with that. Even the trans activists don't want that. They want it as an issue to beat people with.
Its the same issue with marriage
Government should get out of it entirely, but no one wanted that
Vote Ben Shaprio in via write in with Dave Rubin as vp. They'll get it done, lol
Yeah as soon as you convince a majority of people to be reasonable
Honestly, my skin in this game is that I don't want to be held with guys if I'm arrested due to a misunderstanding. I have C cups and a vagina. Not a pretty picture.
And guys really wouldn't feel comfortable with me in thier space
Think Blair White or the like
