well its a bit presumptious yes
@Timcast Your server is growing fast enough that you may want to consider creating a role to give to users that you would trust in helping to manage the server and the people on it, especially given how often you typically travel. It would suck to spend X hours on a flight and get to your hotel/hostel, log on to Discord, and find that while you were out, a troll got onto the server and managed to invite a bunch of their troll buddies, but nobody could get rid of them.
There are some bots you could look into getting in here that have automated protections for that as well, though
@Revan Considering if this server becomes as big as other discord servers such as politics and so on that would actually be a must. Having too many people posting stuff on one board will create a wall of text which nobody really want's to scroll through.
@Timcast are you ever gonna un-deafen yourself ?
yea but i need audio on for work and it got muddled yestrday
a'ight i feel ya
yo
uhhh good luck
I expect the hell to rain down as this server becommes more known.
It may become popular.
ahh fuck it, youll probably need jesus, zeus and buddha once that happens
One of the other servers I'm on only has about 5 moderators for over a thousand users, but it's also a pretty quiet server overall
Probably cause of the userbase?
It varies. Some crowds are rowdy.
Some are peaceful.
People are different, case closed
Hey Kori.

Discord raids are a very common thing.
Hi @Timcast , got a few suggestions for you: 1. create an admin only channel for posting announcements/new videos etc. 2. create multiple voice channels and limit them to say, 20 users 3. add a suggestions board which people can post on for the moderators to see.
yep
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
It will do some good to have a bit more hierarchy and some more channels for rules, announcements, and such.
the kekistan discord is quite a good example of a well ordered public server, with one text channel per topic etc.
how big is that one?
