3 hot meals a day, a bed, a roof over their head, a job, and people that talk to them.
Not to mention they can get healthcare and TV.
Healthcare is something our Veterans struggle with.

I think that is why we see so many people in the prison system. They lost hope outside, so they do stuff to get inside at times.

Teach them to fish, they eat for a lifetime. Give them a fish, they eat for a day. We need to have rehabilitation centers for jobs and work towards giving them more opportunities to better their life.
