Ever try some melatonin pills? My wife swears they help her sleep.

2019-12-03 06:33:03 UTC

I have prescription sleep meds...

2019-12-03 06:33:11 UTC

Melatonin never did anything for me.

2019-12-03 06:33:40 UTC

To quote this one chick on Twitter "melatonin is for pussies"

2019-12-03 06:34:28 UTC

Lol

2019-12-03 06:36:08 UTC

@Andrules autocad is next year. They are emphasizing to engineering students the importance of being able to free hand draw everything without rulers... I have already done all this shit in Carpentry so its frustrating working with newbies on a project worth 20% of my mark.

2019-12-03 06:36:34 UTC

I just want to be happy.

2019-12-03 06:36:40 UTC

Is that too much to ask

2019-12-03 06:36:53 UTC

Oh. So that’s for school. Okay now I get it <:TheodoreRooseveltLaugh:585130800870195200>

2019-12-03 06:37:40 UTC

@GT1646 not sure what to tell you man. Time will eventually heal the wound.

2019-12-03 06:37:57 UTC

I've been hearing that for 5 years.

2019-12-03 06:38:16 UTC

@GT1646 you have to just keep moving.

2019-12-03 06:39:17 UTC

Honestly, go travel and be a degenerate for a while. Not something I recommend often, but sometimes a person needs it

2019-12-03 06:39:26 UTC

I don't have money

2019-12-03 06:39:34 UTC

I'm in debt

2019-12-03 06:44:02 UTC

Go pop some mols and bang a rave slut. I lost my dad several years ago and the girl I was planning to propose to broke up with me at his funeral. I was a mess for 3 months, was ready to end it all and then I went to my first rave and did a lot of things I shouldn't have, but it gave me a wake up call on what life has to offer. I wish I didn't do the drugs, but at the same time I probably wouldn't be around today if I hadn't.

2019-12-03 06:44:43 UTC

I don't do drugs and I'm saving myself for marriage

2019-12-03 06:44:48 UTC

Just find things to do that push you out of your comfort zone. A lot of that can be cheap and give you plenty of perspective

2019-12-03 06:45:43 UTC

That's good. I tried, until that girl ruined it for me. Things can fall off the wagon fast

2019-12-03 06:45:48 UTC

Almost everything is out of my comfort zone. I have no friends and I hate doing things alone

2019-12-03 06:46:43 UTC

My existence as it stands:

Go to school
Come back
Go to room
Leave to get food
Bring food back

Go to sleep (at least try)

And repeat

2019-12-03 06:47:08 UTC

Have to start small then. Every little thing helps. Even forcing yourself to make eye contact with people you walk by is an achievement that builds you up

2019-12-03 06:47:26 UTC

In all honesty

2019-12-03 06:47:35 UTC

I'm hoping for like a heart attack

2019-12-03 06:47:45 UTC

Or something like that

2019-12-03 06:47:52 UTC

I'm too tired of this.

2019-12-03 06:48:38 UTC

Hit the gym or maintain exercise, cut out processed foods, get plenty of probiotics, and make sure to get enough sleep

2019-12-03 06:49:01 UTC

It's easy to fall asleep if you carb load and hit the gym before bed

2019-12-03 06:49:16 UTC

I was exercising consistently until I blew out my knee

2019-12-03 06:49:28 UTC

All I eat are processed foods

2019-12-03 06:49:35 UTC

I can't sleep

2019-12-03 06:49:41 UTC

I have diagnosed insomnia

2019-12-03 06:49:47 UTC

I'm on meds for it

2019-12-03 06:49:51 UTC

Ah, injuries suck. I was most depressed after I was out for a year with shoulder surgery

2019-12-03 06:49:57 UTC

Took them 4 hours ago and here I am. Awake.

2019-12-03 06:52:45 UTC

I don't know shat to tell you. I would request medication, honestly. I used to be against it, but some times it's the last line of defense and can be used temporarily to get yourself back on track

2019-12-03 06:53:03 UTC

What do you mean by medication

2019-12-03 07:01:45 UTC
2019-12-03 07:02:14 UTC

Either for depression or sleep.

2019-12-03 07:05:23 UTC

They both affect each other, but only you know which one is the root cause. I used to be so against mind altering drugs until I realized some people just unbalance themselves. If you take something temporarily to pep you up and get active again or socialize more, you can quit them and keep the serotonin levels up naturally.

2019-12-03 07:06:15 UTC

I think of it like a shock to the heart to get it beating again.
