Some folk on Twitter are saying the Antifa that got punched out was hospitalized with a broken skull and traumatic brain injury.
maybe from hitting the pavement.
of course, that baton could have done that damage easily too. those things are nasty.
At least, if it wasn't wielded by someone other than a soy boy who needs to eat a steak.
Im prety sure he had a TBI from the video
when he gets hit he goes stiff
falls over and possibly hit his head
when his comrades pick him up his legs are locked
getting "knocked out" only last a couple seconds
this guy was knocked out and stiff on the higher end
not a doctor but have some general medical training, looks to me like minor TBI
Good morning Tim
Morn
I’d rather break my leg than have minor tbi
Brain injuries are horrifying
The question is
Does the <:beanie:463084349642899468> protect Tim from tbi
It adds extra padding
Like an arming cap
While the <:beanie:463084349642899468> helps protect Tim from blunt force trauma, it won't help against edged weapons!
Tim, you need a helmet
With the same exact color scheme
Yee
Tim, honest question, why is everything you wear on camera grey?
N E U T R A L R E P O R T I N G
In case he ever needs to use a grey screen jeeze
also don't get into a fight with a baton if you don't want to get the result from it
but like furreal
every day. grey beanie, grey shirt, grey overshirt.
I have no sympathy. hope he fully recovers and realizes this but other than that that
now the question: If the antifa guy filed charges, would they stick? You could argue the guys punch was intended to knock out and therefore excessive force. You might also argue that the antifa guy was attempting self defense based off something going on slight out of view of that video (haven't checked for more). But you could also argue the antifa guy had a weapon and this was self defense on the punching guys part. Personally, i think if get into a melee, and clearly engage in it when you had a chance to back up and run, you are liable for your own injuries unless you can prove there was intent to kill or severely maim.
Urban camouflage.
in places like california, that style baton is illegal i believe.
