While vaccines aren’t as dangerous as the diseases they prevent, I really think more care should be taken when handling vaccines. There should be tests to determine whether or not an allergic reaction would occur in the patient, among other things

In order for the moon to be visible from some places but not from others, the moon has to be close to the ground, like the sun, right?

If the moon were a rocky sphere, it would really poke some holes in the standard flat earth model

I know there are multiple models though

If the earth were flat, and the moon were a rocky sphere hovering above it, then people in different parts of the world would see it from different angles

But we all see it from the same angle

Really it doesn’t even have to be made of rock for this to apply
