@Ironman since you work with guns, I assume you might know a lot about scopes. Do you have a recommendation for a 1-10 scope at or under $1000 ish. I really like the size/style of the โVortex Razor HD Gen III 1-10x24 Riflescopeโ but iโd have to cut my left nut off and sell it to science to afford that.
@Ironman I know nothing about scopes. Iโve watched about 2hours of youtube videos tonight but thats about it. 1-10 zoom is fine for me. Its for a DDM4V7 pro 5.56 rifle, 600 yards is enough for me
Imo If you want to buy stuff like holsters, I suggest ebay. You have a more direct line to the seller, I always ask for real pictures of the item, I dont like studio quality pics. You donโt know what you are getting

Is it legal if I buy an upper (10.5 inches) and a pistol brace, to put it on my DDM4V7 rifle? I figure there is no point in buying a lower if I can just swap out, does the atf have any rules against this?

Cut a hole in your dry wall & frame the opening, then put a mirror or picture over it & have a locking mechanism that can be undone with a magnet. Easy way to store a gun near by

Does anyone here carry around a backpack insert? I was thinking about getting one for a work bag. Itโs a level 3 hard plate, 10 lbs. I feel like that might be a bit much.
Yeah, I understand what you mean. I think I will just take my 11x14 plate out of my plate carrier and just walk around with that for a week. I just wondered if anyone had experience
@CyberSpacePirate are you able to walk around with a 10lbs plate comfortably + 5 lbs in backpack crap. I feel like consistency is key and the weight may become tiresome
