Here in SD you can technically own any gun as long as it's not a handgun under 18. I know a 9yo who has an AR xd (his dad hasn't let him shoot it much though)
And yeah here you have to get it from some place other than a registered firearm dealer, since they can't well to you until you're 18 or something
I think I have that right
Yup I live in SD
I’m not going through all that I’m just buying guns and trading them with my dad and stuff and the ones that are mine when I turn 18 will be transferred to my name
If it cant run the steel it doesnt deserve the brass
Bullet on the right lookin like a butthole lol
I own about 400 AR clips
Gotta have a few extra in case of emergency

@CyberSpacePirate Share the love..? 🥺
Your name is literally AI...i dont trust
My family and I are have a hard time finding any reasonably priced ammo 😂 And it’s AL
You can get them in 200 packs for pretty cheap
Ive also been storing up for...years
Noone has corrected me on calling them clips yet 🤔
Yeah? Everywhere we’ve looked they’re epithet sold out, or outrageously priced.
Welcome to the apocalypse

@CyberSpacePirate 😂 Guess I wasn’t thinking about it.
@Al <3 well you definitely want to use that. What caliber are you looking for? I’ll show you an example
today is the day i learned some pellet guns have rifling in the barrels
I’m honestly not sure what caliber he needs.
@xd_gangster69 even nerf guns have rifling
really?
for a foam dart

@Winnie37a I specifically don't have most of my guns in my name. Registration isn't required in my state and only my carry pistol even had a background check ran under my name. Most of my guns have been in my family and were bought before background checks were required so they are mostly untracible. The rest were aquired by private transfer.
NFA items are the only things put on an actual “federal list”
I know that but the background checks do still leave some paper trail that a tiranical goverment could potentially use.
Actually i worked for an FFL for a while
Most background checks are online kinda “quick-search” on the NCIS database. The 4473 paper you fill out is filed in-house and destroyed after 25 years. Its only given to law enforcement at request and with a warrent
25 years is a long time
My thought exactly
~~Or if youve got a good FFL theyll disapear if gov bad~~
But the paperwork goes no further than your FFL
Noice
David
I owned my first gun at like...10 or 12? Lol
