You have to cook liver right for it to be good. It is easy to do wrong.

First fry bacon and onions. Remove from pan. bread your liver with flour and pepper. Fry in butter for only a few minutes per side. You want rare or medium rare. Salt after cooking. THen enjoy ๐Ÿ˜ƒ

This definitely isnt a long term plan. Just 6 weeks of radically high volume and then maybe decrease volume by half. AFter I would go back to standard strength training.

I am considering the criticism. I will be sticking with the 10 x 10 for the main compound lift but I will decrease the other exercises to 3 x 10.

Yes no belt. Hypertrophy is the goal. It will be interesting to see how my muscles respond to the training. I just finished my first set of 100 reps for Bench and holy crap. 5 sets in the pump was nice. 8 sets in I could feel anything. I would only recommend this if you have a Goode strength base

Belt is good for heavy lifts. Contrary to popular opinion using a belt doesn't really weaken your core.
