Let me look. I know prednisolone but I need to know the real chemical names of the inhaler.

Prednisone and prednisolone are steroids but these ones decrease metabolism due to hormone interference and so a side effect is weight gain. @sweatercowsandsass

Fluticasone propionate/salmeterol is in seretide. Fluticasone is a steroid so has the potential to do the same as the prednisolone. The salmeterol is something I know little about. Ventolin is just albuterol which is similar to epinephrine; I don't know if that has that side effect but I believe it shouldn't. @sweatercowsandsass

Any disease especially mental needs to be operationalized as a negative thing. ADHD is noticeable and it has been behaviorly defined. In modern society the behaviors can show to be negative and also data shows the medicines used for treating the behaviors effective. So it is a real thing by that line of reasoning. Do I think the common medicines for treating it should be prescribed? No I don't think they should. Effective safer alternatives exist. @T e x
