No

Whilst I agree with @Eoppa 's assessment, I stand to say Rome was well in it's corruption by the time it changed to Christianity. Would have been better if it just fell.

2020-03-19 05:06:35 UTC [The Right Cafe #religion]

@ComradeChaos unique perspective. Well worth thinking about as I drift into sleep.

@Revolt Against Everything there's nothing Nietzsche couldn't teach ya about the raising of the wrist, Socrates himself was permanently pissed...

2020-03-19 19:54:42 UTC [The Right Cafe #religion]

Heaven. Hell is reserved only for those who deny the God, Jesus and the holy ghost.

No

Well. Maybe. "It's complicated".

@Attika at the profit margin.

Sure

2020-03-20 16:02:23 UTC [The Right Cafe #chat]

The Greeks will retake Constantinople- @Joe The Communist oh I hope so.

2020-03-20 16:03:30 UTC [The Right Cafe #qotd]

Naive, yes. Dumb, idk. There's do much info in the world, these days...

2020-03-20 16:04:48 UTC [The Right Cafe #chat]

๐Ÿฟ (trying to be as serious as possible) I honestly hope so. That'd be great to see a new Greek empire.

2020-03-20 16:25:02 UTC [The Right Cafe #religion]

@Attika I hope so. And for all that I study, I am often gifted the feeling of reassurance to the statements made.

2020-03-20 16:28:12 UTC [The Right Cafe #religion]

@Attika oh a witness to miracles! Do tell.

2020-03-20 16:35:44 UTC [The Right Cafe #religion]

๐Ÿค” fascinating stuff these are.

2020-03-20 19:28:37 UTC [The Right Cafe #religion]

They have the script for Monty Python's Holy Grail on there. That's legit how I found that site. <:wtf:591182282648190986>

2020-03-20 20:17:25 UTC [The Right Cafe #religion]

I think they also have the Life of Brian script there as well, yet I've not been arsed to check lately.

2020-03-21 03:27:08 UTC [The Right Cafe #religion]

Catholics are nice, I'd rather be a saint.

2020-03-21 04:13:47 UTC [The Right Cafe #religion]

I've still got more to write out, wish I was taking notes rather than at home with me family. Let me know if you see anything disagreeable.

2020-03-21 04:16:02 UTC [The Right Cafe #religion]

@Eoppa in regards to a sermon about a saint, have you any to share?

2020-03-21 07:14:08 UTC [The Right Cafe #religion]

Catholics are more detail oriented than the Pentecostals I transcribe the notes thereat. Again, I'm more interested in the way of the saints. @ComradeChaos what do you think of this clip from John chapter 5?

John 5:25-35
If the arts have too much a glimmer to their words.

2020-03-21 07:18:37 UTC [The Right Cafe #music]

Not sure if the guitarist, known as John 5 plays on this, More Human Than Human or a later track from Zombie's ongoing solo run, but this cover seems to be congruent enough with the mysticism I've been working on as of late, ergo I share.

If I go now, I'll die like a king.
Namely, Elvis.
If you wait till I'm asleep, won't be the first time I crossed paths with God in my dreams.
Now, what's up with all your astronomy?

The feathers of Psalm 91, are black.
FIAT, other than a car company, what is it mean?
Did you know brother Joseph Smith Jun was a 33 degree Mason of the Illinois chapter?
Babylon or Zion. I'll take my chances searching after the latter.
Levites, where about is that tribe now? I am pretty sure I could track those of the Ephraim lineage through church genealogy faster.
I digress for the other links...
My mind is awash with the next bit of details presented about elementals, shapes and patterns of math' diversions. Next please.
Alright, I take that back. I still have to study Isaiah and Jeremiah before I can read Ezekiel. Well, Isaiah is popular with Mormons at least.

Jove is baaling? Bad pun aside, I should've known. Can I then chalk it up to Murphy's Law, if Murph is in fact Morpheus...

I opened the tab for Jupiter at opposition for another nights meandering. Thanks.

All this interstellar jargon reminds me of The Galaxy Song, have you heard it, Legio?

I'm reminded of what the Lord told the first LDS prophet, that if he should live nearly twice his natural life, God would reveal his time of return and no sooner.

Ah, here comes the sun, dododododo...
Didja know George Harrison was the executive producer for Life of Brian?

Hold that thought ๐Ÿธ. Brb.

2020-03-21 08:22:25 UTC [The Right Cafe #music]

@ComradeChaos when it comes to knowing music, I think I've got it covered.
https://youtu.be/XfcC6FYyL4U

@Notso can I get a refresher on his viewpoint?

2020-03-21 08:30:50 UTC [The Right Cafe #religion]

> I think in esoteric philosophy and watered down new age nonsense is a fingerprint of an ancient and advanced civilization that encoded their knowledge into spirituality and mythology
@ComradeChaos something like that. ๐Ÿค”

2020-03-21 08:54:17 UTC [The Right Cafe #religion]

And perhaps we shall be here again.
But until then, I must rest.

2020-03-21 15:38:28 UTC [The Right Cafe #religion]

@Revolt Against Everything more than you can grasp.

In that case, yes. It *can* be applicable.

2020-03-21 18:48:58 UTC [The Right Cafe #qotd]

@21ooAB uh, neither. I'm perverted.

2020-03-21 18:50:35 UTC [The Right Cafe #religion]

Theologist.

2020-03-21 18:50:40 UTC [The Right Cafe #religion]

Actually.

2020-03-21 18:58:22 UTC [The Right Cafe #religion]

I don't think so. But then, far as I know, the closest we've had to a secular/atheistic society is in communism.

2020-03-21 18:59:05 UTC [The Right Cafe #religion]

And is the fearful living under a communist dictatorship equal to morality? I have my doubts.

2020-03-21 19:09:57 UTC [The Right Cafe #religion]

@Eoppa agreed.

2020-03-21 19:21:14 UTC [The Right Cafe #religion]

@Taggart tbh, most developed countries came to stand with a strong religious background. Now many are trying to stand on their own. Time will tell if the prophets were right in saying they won't last or not. And yes, communism is a terrible comparison because it is the godless religion. It represents all what is wrong with belief systems and none that is right.

2020-03-22 00:44:55 UTC [The Right Cafe #qotd]

> Lol thatโ€™s not an insult thatโ€™s a fact
@Ben Garrison yes

2020-03-22 04:48:36 UTC [The Right Cafe #religion]

๐Ÿฟ going back up to see what if anything I missed. (And eating popcorn irl)

2020-03-22 19:06:04 UTC [The Right Cafe #religion]

๐Ÿฟ

2020-03-22 22:16:59 UTC [The Right Cafe #religion]

I do not think so. Though we are in such tumultuous times, it's certainly fair to consider the option.

2020-03-23 00:14:14 UTC [The Right Cafe #qotd]

Is water real?

2020-03-23 00:14:38 UTC [The Right Cafe #qotd]

Social constructs are fluid

2020-03-23 00:15:12 UTC [The Right Cafe #qotd]

Fascism is not a solid nor is it a gas.

2020-03-23 00:15:43 UTC [The Right Cafe #qotd]

Nazi's are water.

2020-03-23 00:15:57 UTC [The Right Cafe #qotd]

That's why they had to gas the Jews

Religion is the original social construct.

@Ater Votum I see your cartoon berating Catholics and raise you the ethos of saints.

@Greg Noir anything Godly

2020-03-24 03:40:45 UTC [The Right Cafe #religion]

Depends on the government. USA, no. England, yes but have the Queen sell off a few old chapels just to feed the economy. I do not know how the EU handles church and state affairs, pretty sure it's atheistic. Vlad Putin isn't the head of the Eastern Orthodox, and maybe after this self isolation wears off I'll visit their church in town on a summer Sunday. But again, the topic of statehood, China already forbids religion unless they have authority therein. I'm unsure of the islands, back down to the far side of ๐ŸŒ I'm sure they'll be fine.

2020-03-24 03:44:37 UTC [The Right Cafe #qotd]

qotd: only after all the private components of civilization, religion, non essentials, amusement, etc, can the governance get away with such ordinances.

2020-03-24 03:47:55 UTC [The Right Cafe #music]

Fuck all that. You couldn't understand it anyhow.

> WHY
@Potato is me
Yeah, why?

@Revolt Against Everything how close to death? Spiritually speaking.

2020-03-24 05:04:10 UTC [The Right Cafe #religion]

Muslims gonna infect more Muslims until they have enough for a zombie invasion, too late for most of the former EU. I wonder if America goes to war with Khakistan... Not even sure that's a place, would then the undead migrate back through the Transylvanian plains? That's right, Dracula is a story of criminal illegal aliens.
Oh and the CIA is a Catholic secret organization.

Begging the question inspires etymological reports.

Jeremiah 52:1-10 the king therein, reminds me of this Maurice Samuel character. Do tell, what was his fate? I don't think it was a good one. Anyways, Stalin, it was an honest answer with a bit of divine embellishment. I was not trying to be satirical, though I regret it having even the whiff of such absurdities. Thus, I proofread my comment and moved on to other studies.

2020-03-24 16:03:48 UTC [The Right Cafe #religion]

It certainly is a trial we must understand and overcome regardless.

Pass that blunt this way, @Revolt Against Everything and I'll kindly express how near I am to reaching the death of dreaming, again. Reality isn't all it's cracked up to be and if you take my advice, dear nihilist, you might even see the abyss blink.

2020-03-24 16:30:46 UTC [The Right Cafe #religion]

@21ooAB I've often wondered if the Book of Revelations isn't an allegory for the end of any given empire.

Aye. I still pay some attention to the grapples.

Sado, it was inevitable you'd find another mark herein.

2020-03-24 21:29:14 UTC [The Right Cafe #qotd]

I couldn't care less at this point.

2020-03-24 21:33:40 UTC [The Right Cafe #religion]

I love metaphors. They're so, meta. ๐Ÿ˜‚

@DrRisen The Meaning of Life of the final Monty Python full length feature film. Personally, I liked Life of Brian better.

I'm not wrong. But I'm not giving the details you were looking for.

2020-03-24 21:43:07 UTC [The Right Cafe #music]

It's certainly topical.

2020-03-24 21:44:35 UTC [The Right Cafe #music]

I'm honestly surprised with all the movies Terry Gilliam has done, not one has been an animated feature.

2020-03-24 21:48:02 UTC [The Right Cafe #music]

He's not dead yet. Maybe after he finally gets through with the Don Quiote flick he will do a movie based off his style and animation... The only problem, I don't think he can afford to hire on Matt Stone and Trey Parker to be his understudy. ๐Ÿ˜‹

2020-03-24 22:52:15 UTC [The Right Cafe #religion]

Hmm

@DrRisen I keep forgetting to bring a towel out wherever I go. ๐Ÿ˜‰

2020-03-26 01:37:23 UTC [The Right Cafe #religion]

2020-03-26 02:15:07 UTC [The Right Cafe #religion]

@MENELIK THE IMPENETRABLE so what faith, if any, do you hold?

2020-03-26 02:28:45 UTC [The Right Cafe #religion]

Your politics doesn't surprise me, given your name and profile pic. Your philosophy I'll have to study more up on.

2020-03-26 02:55:48 UTC [The Right Cafe #religion]

I have a basic understanding of it, if it be what I think it is.

2020-03-26 04:24:22 UTC [The Right Cafe #religion]

In very very very very basic basicness, Robert Sepehr touches some on it in his videos.

2020-03-27 15:29:39 UTC [The Right Cafe #religion]

@Ater Votum from my understanding, limited as it may be, stem cells come en masse from aborted fetuses. Abortions are the only unethical issue I know related to stem cell research. If there were a more, productive way to harvest such tissue, there likely wouldn't be such an, issue.

2020-03-27 15:37:15 UTC [The Right Cafe #religion]

Then I sit down with nothing further to say on the topic whilst watching to see what else new I can learn.

What would you quantify as being enough?
