If I could choose a place for the ethostate to be established, I'd choose
1- South America (ie South Brazil, Argentina, chile...) Because of the climate, fertile lands and it's cheap to buy huge properties on the countryside
2- central to eastern Europe(Slovenia, austria, Hungary, Czech republic, Slovakia, Poland...) Good climate, nice countryside
3- westralia (reasons)

White South Africa could be a nice option, but still it is Africa, and it is sieged by a ton of Ebola negroes
