Sure it is

2019-07-09 06:14:21 UTC

Cuz you were there

2019-07-09 11:21:15 UTC

you saying dinosaurs aren't real.

2019-07-09 14:30:11 UTC

Wait so god is real?

2019-07-09 14:30:28 UTC

Then how was god created

2019-07-09 17:01:04 UTC

:dab:

2019-07-09 22:15:35 UTC

If your 3 pound brain could understand or comprehend how god was created or how god created us then it be worth believing in god

2019-07-09 22:16:04 UTC

Im not sure why you would even ask such a dumb question

2019-07-12 12:01:55 UTC

We can't just show you an experiment of something that everyone agrees happens over an incomprehensible amount of time (like evolution)

2019-07-12 12:02:01 UTC

At least know the rules before you break them

2019-07-12 12:02:31 UTC

How did society become this advanced after 1 minute in god's hands? Can you show this in an experiment?

2019-07-13 03:11:22 UTC

What rules

2019-07-13 03:11:36 UTC

Yes i can explain that

2019-07-13 03:11:41 UTC

God

2019-07-13 03:11:49 UTC

Whats your explanation?

2019-07-13 03:11:57 UTC

And what rules?

2019-07-13 03:12:43 UTC

I feel bad for ppl that think like you @Doomyx

2019-07-13 03:12:57 UTC

It seems like a sad life

2019-07-13 03:13:19 UTC

Genesis 1:21

2019-07-13 03:13:20 UTC

**Genesis 1:21 - King James Version (KJV)**

```Dust
<21> And God created great whales, and every living creature that moveth, which the waters brought forth abundantly, after their kind, and every winged fowl after his kind: and God saw that it was good. ```
2019-07-13 03:13:36 UTC
What do you think created the whales?
2019-07-13 03:13:50 UTC
Im genuinely curious if you could explain that
2019-07-13 03:18:25 UTC
Millions of years of selective pressures
2019-07-13 03:18:38 UTC
That's what I think created the whales
2019-07-13 03:19:53 UTC
I also feel bad for you being so closed-minded of an outdated source
2019-07-13 03:19:58 UTC
It has become mutual
2019-07-14 18:10:50 UTC
Old book says whales were created instantly therefore true!
2019-07-14 18:38:39 UTC
Many stories in the bible have proof of being true
2019-07-14 18:40:21 UTC
If you cared to challenge the belief systen thats been forced on you, you would know but you are too busy trying to mock others who do not share your belief. You are a good little citizen
2019-07-17 16:39:20 UTC
Did you grow up Christian?
2019-07-17 17:17:38 UTC
Maybe
2019-07-17 17:17:55 UTC
Iโ€™m willing to bet heโ€™s bibleman 2
2019-07-17 17:19:08 UTC
But anyway.
2019-07-17 17:24:24 UTC
Btw, โ€œforcedโ€ is a loaded word. If you think that atheism is *forced* onto he entire population. Iโ€™d like you to go research the Middle East
2019-07-17 17:55:05 UTC
I think its more they willingly refuse to believe in god because they dont have enough educational background to claim god is real. People have to educate themselves in all topics even if they dont like them. After all I don't skip english class
2019-07-17 18:03:21 UTC
so every athiest refuses to believe in god? every single one of them?
2019-07-18 00:20:10 UTC
No that one person particularly up there
2019-07-18 07:08:18 UTC
```Citizen ZLast Sunday at 8:38 PM
Many stories in the bible have proof of being true```

Which ones?

2019-07-18 07:09:05 UTC

also this statement implies others have proof of being wrong

2019-07-18 12:51:37 UTC

If you were truly interested you would look for yourself

2019-07-18 14:24:03 UTC

So there are none

2019-07-18 14:24:07 UTC

Got it

2019-07-18 18:51:50 UTC

Okay

2019-07-18 18:52:14 UTC

There Are A lot Of Biblical Stories With Historic And Geologic Backing

2019-07-18 18:52:46 UTC

Such As Jesus

2019-07-18 18:53:12 UTC

I do believe Jesus existed

2019-07-18 18:53:25 UTC

As a person I mean

2019-07-18 18:53:45 UTC

There Was A Man Named Jesus Who Was Crucified For Saying He Was The Son Of God

2019-07-18 18:53:57 UTC

The Debate Is Whether Or Not He Was

2019-07-18 18:54:07 UTC

I Believe He Was And Is

2019-07-18 18:54:30 UTC

I agree with your first statement but those capitals are killing me man

2019-07-18 18:54:57 UTC

Sorry Lol, I Just Type This Way

2019-07-18 18:55:13 UTC

Here, I got you

2019-07-18 18:55:50 UTC

Also the red sea and all the punishments in the Old Testament have backing to be true with geologic evidence

2019-07-18 18:56:50 UTC

Almost all biblical stories(Not counting Revalations) have historic backing to be true there is just the question that some ask of whether or not there was a god on their side

2019-07-18 18:58:02 UTC

Except of course genesis, that is the most debated one

2019-07-18 18:59:25 UTC

But the way I see it if there are people doing amazing things such as healing people as there is historic backing to say that Jesus Christ (Even As A Man) Did then who's to say that the first part of the story which is creation isn't true

2019-07-18 19:01:47 UTC

Well the issue is almost every part of the bible is interwoven with God as youโ€™d expect, so whether certain parts are verifiable is somewhat irrelevant to the factuality of the bible as a whole

2019-07-18 19:02:28 UTC

Which leads down to the core debate if whether god is real, which is somewhat a dead end in a debate because thereโ€™s not really much proof either way

2019-07-18 19:06:17 UTC

Well as I said if there was a man who was healing people with incurable sicknessess with his hand saying he was the son of god and then he was crucified and brought from the dead, there isn't much choice but to believe the dude that beat death. There isn't physical proof but with this much historic evidence of people doing astounding things and proceeding to say it was all God, they're backing up their debate a good amount. Of course we won't know unless we die or God were to reveal himself but I think that's exactly what faith is.

2019-07-18 19:12:10 UTC

The problem is again the verifiability of those actions and how much the bible can be trusted as an accurate source

2019-07-18 19:12:49 UTC

I mean if a dictionary had as many inconsistencies as the bible it would be taken off the shelves

Not that that totally invalidates the whole book or anything

2019-07-18 19:13:04 UTC

Just that one has to be careful when it comes to using it as fact

2019-07-18 19:13:11 UTC

Well my point is it's not just the bible, it's historic sources from eye witnesses that also add to the validity of it

2019-07-18 19:13:33 UTC

So if Jesus was historically seen by roman guards and stuff performing miracles

2019-07-18 19:13:42 UTC

And they wrote it down as a log

2019-07-18 19:13:51 UTC

Or reported it to a king

2019-07-18 19:14:10 UTC

Ah I see what you mean

2019-07-18 19:14:22 UTC

Then Jesus having those powers is as near to proven as it can be without going back in time

2019-07-18 19:16:53 UTC

I see what youโ€™re saying, it just seems like it is a very small amount of evidence to base a whole belief system on
Because it is the bible that is used to form religious morals and laws, and to say whatโ€™s right or wrong

2019-07-19 16:46:04 UTC

i saw atheist. i am here

2019-07-24 09:16:18 UTC

sorry, but I'm an evolutionist

2019-07-25 00:47:48 UTC

So you're basically an ape?

2019-07-25 03:14:44 UTC

Was

2019-07-25 06:21:48 UTC

No most likely it is he either shares ancestry with apes from a common species that is most likely multi millions of years ago or we were the result of a hybrid species that managed to take hold and survive and slowly evolve into humans

2019-07-25 09:49:54 UTC

Sounds like ape talk to me!

2019-07-25 15:14:43 UTC

Hi

2019-07-25 15:57:51 UTC

Hello!

2019-07-25 15:59:29 UTC

I'm a 100% evolutionist and atheist. With all due respect, I would like to know more behind why you're a creationist. I just want to know more about your beliefs and what you have to back them up

2019-07-25 15:59:59 UTC

English is my second language, so sorry about some grammatical errors!

2019-07-25 18:22:15 UTC

Congrats you believe in nothing

2019-07-25 18:52:01 UTC

That is pretty much the idea of atheism, @Citizen Z.

2019-07-25 18:52:07 UTC

We don't believe in any God.

2019-07-25 18:52:13 UTC

That's pretty much the idea.

2019-07-25 19:03:33 UTC

So what created you

2019-07-25 19:03:56 UTC

The random chance of evolution.

2019-07-25 19:03:56 UTC

Who designed you

2019-07-25 19:04:14 UTC

What created the evolution you believe in?

2019-07-25 19:04:32 UTC

"belive"

2019-07-25 19:04:44 UTC

You do realize thar evolution is still happening, correct?

2019-07-25 19:04:44 UTC

Be lie

2019-07-25 19:05:01 UTC

Thats not the answer to the question

2019-07-25 19:05:32 UTC

So you think everything creates itself?

2019-07-25 19:06:07 UTC

Just like gravity, evolution wasn't "created", it's just what happens in nature, creatures evolve to the medium around them m

2019-07-25 19:06:20 UTC

What created nature?

2019-07-25 19:06:28 UTC

What designed the laws?

2019-07-25 19:06:44 UTC

And, as I said, if you believe that evolution dosen't exist, evolution is still happening today.

2019-07-25 19:06:55 UTC

Im asking what created it

2019-07-25 19:07:10 UTC

Just a question

2019-07-25 19:07:15 UTC

Well, certainly not a bearded dude up in thy sky.

2019-07-25 19:07:26 UTC

I can explain nature and gravity.

2019-07-25 19:07:32 UTC

First, nature.

2019-07-25 19:07:34 UTC

What created matter?

2019-07-25 19:07:45 UTC

What created time?

2019-07-25 19:07:52 UTC

What created space?

2019-07-25 19:08:34 UTC

You know what, if you really like asking questions that you want to lead to your bearded deity, I also have a question.

2019-07-25 19:08:39 UTC

Who said its a bearded dude in the sky? You are trying to throw out insults now?

2019-07-25 19:09:04 UTC

Why does the Bible support a lot of outdated beliefs?

2019-07-25 19:09:12 UTC

You are the only one talking about bearded ppl in the sky

2019-07-25 19:09:14 UTC

Such as women being under men?

2019-07-25 19:09:23 UTC

Who said anything about the bible?

2019-07-25 19:09:34 UTC

You are weird

2019-07-25 19:09:52 UTC

Well, God is usually portrayed as a bearded deity.

2019-07-25 19:10:23 UTC

And, you seem to believe that the Bible, a book wrote by some random person, is allways correct.

2019-07-25 19:10:41 UTC

A book that has some really outdated beliefs.

2019-07-25 20:19:46 UTC

In your mind

2019-07-25 20:21:02 UTC

You seem to have a profane understanding of what the bible really means

2019-07-26 15:14:00 UTC

Now, I am NOT saying that everything in the Bible is wrong, it does have some good things too, but what I am saying is that it also contains things like :

2019-07-26 22:29:25 UTC

the fact that she can actually acording to the bible see some truths that are actually happening now made me think that well that book has some things that we can apply now aswell..

Look at biblebot's roles

2019-07-27 21:09:40 UTC

If I could post links, I think I have a song to describe this perfectly.

2019-07-28 03:04:38 UTC

evolution all the way

2019-07-28 05:56:55 UTC

The Big Bang created God. Checkmate!

2019-07-28 10:13:53 UTC

ugghh stop trying to use science to prove a magical man exists

2019-08-10 19:46:27 UTC

You do realize darwin and hundreds of others can explain origin of species right? Its just that everything having a common ancestor is harder to explain. Darwin never claimed for a fact all species shared an evolutionary relationship

2019-08-10 21:00:47 UTC

Abiogenesis cant even be proven. So we never even get to evolution. Abiogenesis is impossible to of happened on earth. Nevermind evolution.

2019-08-10 23:22:56 UTC

Thats not valid. Life could have began for any reason including planting of life by aliens, god creating life through non scientific means, or it just existing since the beginning of time. None of that directly affects what could happen afterwards

2019-08-11 12:19:45 UTC

>planting of life by aliens
Who planted the life for those aliens?
>god creating life through non scientific means
Best possible explanation, the fact that we are born with reason and empathy just shows us that there is an intelligent design. By the standard evolutionary model, we shouldn't feel any empathy at all because it doesn't help us get resources needed to survive.

Modern day humans have killed God, there has never been such a high rate of atheism. I can't blame them because I was once in that phase who watched edgy atheists on youtube and thought God was full of bull shit. Everything we see induces us to feel that way, like the globe which tells you that you were basically an accident made by a speck of atoms at the right time. What are the odds that you are born a human with reasoning and empathy in a world where resources were so scarce back then.

Everything today tries to hide god away from us. I never mentioned religion but there will always be people who will quote the bilbe or quran and say how cruel god is, they do not represent God. God made human of such a beautiful precision, you don't have to be religious to believe in God yet schools all teaches us that if you want to believe in a God you will need to side with an abrahimic religion. Such a shame, the renaissance was truly gonna change humanity into a better version but the middle class sabotaged it and were too greedy. Christian view on man were pessimistic but renaissance was gonna rebirth man into a spectacular creature made by God.

Don't take the Bible literately and only use it as spiritual guidance, something so many atheists forget to do.

2019-08-11 17:36:25 UTC

)Im ignoring the 2nd+ paragraph because they are off topic) You do realize that the theory is that prokaryotes first came around like that according to evolutionary theory and not humans. Saying it as a spark of atoms is a pretty radical exaggeration. The earliest life form found was dated to 3.5 million years. That is 1.04 billion years. Which is 1040 million years. Early humans have been around for maybe 7 million years. In others words if we take 3500-7 million we get it took 3483 million years to evolve. So no it was not a simple spark of atoms. As for the evolutionary benefit of emotions- k-selective species give offspring a direct advantage by having emotion for them because they are more likely to survive. Other emotions usually have evolutionary benefits as well but the benefit depends on the emotion mainly

2019-08-11 17:48:18 UTC

and if you say depression weirdly enough I actually have evidence that its helpful in some ways. So don't say depression

2019-08-14 02:14:25 UTC

Empathy helps us show care to our significant other which gives us a higher chance to reproduce (evolutionary standpoint). I believe in creation and evolution but you can disagree if you want :/

2019-09-23 12:18:21 UTC

What lol

2019-09-27 22:16:16 UTC

2019-10-07 06:53:42 UTC

Nor is the foundation one

2019-10-08 05:20:21 UTC

our feelings about what the universe is irelevant

^^ Thus can not be considered a legitimate argument in the first place

2019-10-09 12:55:44 UTC

For Sapphire's post, i believe the earth is a globe, but i also believe in evolution and the fact that we were created by god, and that god loves us.

2019-10-12 17:23:23 UTC

120 Scriptures describe the earth, Genesis describes how the earth was made in 6 days! NASA lies!

Every wonder where the bees ๐Ÿ got the idea for a hexagonal shape to create a honey comb? What science told them to do that? Ever wonder why cyclone trees are created the same exact way with hexagonal shape?

2019-10-12 17:26:01 UTC

If science is true, how much energy was used for the Big Bang theory.

2019-10-12 17:26:44 UTC

Scientists canโ€™t answer that question , yet believe in the theory , whatโ€™s the difference in theory of bible ? And evolution?

2019-10-13 03:02:23 UTC

Sorry SPOOKY... I take the Bible literally as the word of God unflinching unchanging day after day it is to be used as such it is the solid unflinching word of Almighty God

2019-10-13 03:02:57 UTC

What if God made evolution?

2019-10-13 03:03:04 UTC

I mean Darwin himself was a Christian.

2019-10-13 03:03:23 UTC

Although many secularist scientists are leaving the beliefs of Darwinism.

2019-10-13 03:03:41 UTC

Also, God is timeless so perhaps it was a metaphor @SapphireBlue 7

2019-10-13 03:03:51 UTC

Darwin denounced himself before he died

2019-10-13 03:03:52 UTC

A lot of the Torah and Gospels were metaphoric.

2019-10-13 03:03:59 UTC

Not meant to be taken literal.

2019-10-13 03:04:18 UTC

No. Not at all. The Gospels are to be taken literally as the unflinching word of the Lord Jesus Christ the son of God

2019-10-13 03:04:35 UTC

Yes but Jesus spoke in many metaphors.

2019-10-13 03:04:38 UTC

Every time you see in the gospel where Jesus is talking it is the word of God

2019-10-13 03:04:42 UTC

As were parts of the Torah.

2019-10-13 03:05:17 UTC

The Torah was pre-Christ and was all that we had to live by in the old days as soon as Jesus came the new testament of Jesus Christ was born in every word out of his mouth was the testimony of God Almighty

2019-10-13 03:05:32 UTC

I know that.

2019-10-13 03:05:39 UTC

But parts of the Bible are metaphoric.

2019-10-13 03:05:56 UTC

Metaphors are meant to be understood through the Holy Spirit through prayer and meditation it will be revealed itโ€™s that simple

2019-10-13 03:06:10 UTC

That's how the Bible is.

2019-10-13 03:06:18 UTC

Plus during the time of Moses time wasnt exact.

2019-10-13 03:06:47 UTC

From the time of the flood in the time of the pharaohs in Egypt time was not exact either where the seasons or times of the year

2019-10-13 03:07:43 UTC

But God most likely also did it to give the Sabbath more meaning

2019-10-13 03:08:03 UTC

Once you get about 3400 years BC time is actually hard to tell which section of time is real and which is not itโ€™s very foggy

2019-10-13 03:08:56 UTC

Another thing is that in order for macro evolution to happen from ape to human you need to add DNA information.

2019-10-13 03:09:03 UTC

But that's been proven to be impossible.

2019-10-13 03:09:20 UTC

You can only subtract DNA information.

2019-10-13 03:09:29 UTC

There will never be a missing link humans and apes are so far apart itโ€™s unbelievable to DNA strands is enough information that God made sure it happened that way

2019-10-13 03:09:36 UTC

Ie you can get a poodle from two wolves but not a wolf from two poodles

2019-10-13 03:09:53 UTC

So humans would have had to been there from the get go

2019-10-13 03:10:24 UTC

Well thatโ€™s slightly incorrect you cannot get a poodle from two wolves I am a dog specialist and Iโ€™ve been raising breeding and educating people about dogs for over 45 years itโ€™s an interesting statement but incorrect

2019-10-13 03:10:57 UTC

(Its more of a metaphor. Of course it has to happen over time but the process is not irreversible.

2019-10-13 03:11:14 UTC

Yes itโ€™s a cool metaphor kind of gave me a chuckle

2019-10-13 03:12:00 UTC

But evolution, on the macro level, is practically impossible.

2019-10-13 03:12:10 UTC

Macro evolution is much more probable.

2019-10-13 03:12:22 UTC

Yes. I would classify it as impossible

2019-10-13 03:13:43 UTC

Question, you dont have to answer, are you religious?

2019-10-13 03:14:24 UTC

No i am rather spiritual. Religion means strict dogma and rule

2019-10-13 03:14:42 UTC

Ah ok. I myself dont prefer the term religion.

2019-10-13 03:14:55 UTC

I adhere to the Bible prayer and the voice of the Holy Spirit guiding me in my life with Jesus Christ is the son of God who has washed our sins away by believing in him it is a gift of grace through faith

2019-10-13 03:16:03 UTC

There really is no spiritual life without Jesus Christ in your heart and soul

2019-10-13 03:16:08 UTC

Yeah.

2019-10-13 03:16:50 UTC

Ok. Gonna go get a bowl of ice cream... be right back in a few

2019-10-13 03:16:56 UTC

๐Ÿ‘โœจ

2019-10-13 03:17:00 UTC

Aight

2019-10-13 03:17:01 UTC

Cya

2019-10-13 07:30:34 UTC

Well, anyone believing in any other faith will say the exact same thing

2019-10-13 07:30:51 UTC

But with another God or prophet

2019-10-13 17:53:51 UTC

Most Christian and Muslim scientists basically work together

2019-10-13 19:30:05 UTC

Evolution.

2019-10-13 22:55:06 UTC

creationism is cringe

2019-10-13 23:03:09 UTC

so lets talk about endogenous Retroviruses. When a Retrovirus infects an animal, it injects its genome into the DNA of whatever cell its attacking. Sometimes this genome is integrated into the animal, and will pass down to the next generation. It is believed that ERVs consist of like 5% of the human genome. The interesting thing is we share a lot of the same ERVs with chimpanzees

2019-10-13 23:03:13 UTC

hmmm...wonder why this is?

James tour is a synthetic chemist with 200 patents
Pretty much proves abiogensis at least on earth is utterly impossible
He has a few videos, very comprehensive. He goes through the process of actually making a complex molecule. To say it is difficult is the understatement of the year. invented the nanocar. a molecular car with actual rotating wheelsthe bottom line is no abiogeneses ....organic matter from inorganic matter, you can't even get to evolution. rock babies... impossible

2019-10-13 23:15:49 UTC

we already found out that the conditions of early Earth could have created amini acids

2019-10-13 23:15:54 UTC

though actual experiments

2019-10-13 23:16:27 UTC

Oh cool.show us

2019-10-13 23:17:25 UTC

Then if you dont mind. Could you show us those acids turning into intelligent life

2019-10-13 23:18:39 UTC

Or you could just watch the video

2019-10-14 06:16:32 UTC

from what i know they are arguing against *abiogenesis*

2019-10-14 06:16:37 UTC

which is not evolution

2019-10-14 06:17:10 UTC

the vidya seems tldr

2019-10-14 06:17:19 UTC

so i never watched the whole thing

2019-10-14 14:24:19 UTC

Abiogenisis means the origins of humans

2019-10-14 14:24:39 UTC

An no the current science cannot reproduce enzymes in a puddle ๐Ÿ˜‰

2019-10-14 18:21:04 UTC

Yes Enzymes are only produced by living organisms

2019-10-15 04:58:37 UTC

@Riley First, that video is not strictly about abiogenesis.
They cover the lack of evidence for speciation visa vie the pre-cambrian explosion>

Second, the Miller-Urey "experiment" yielded amino acids not enzymes.

A far cry from a usable protein.

2019-10-15 12:56:43 UTC

Abiogenisis != origins of humans

2019-10-15 16:44:59 UTC

nope

2019-10-15 16:45:04 UTC

total nonsense

2019-10-15 16:46:51 UTC

10000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 chance!

2019-10-16 05:39:36 UTC

@indio007 the cambrian explosion does not disprove evolution. The goal of the Miller-Urey Experiment was to produce animo acids. It was not about enzymes at all

2019-10-16 16:03:52 UTC

Cambrian is now only 10 million years, an mutiple new species arrived together

2019-10-16 18:19:25 UTC

Oh interesting

2019-10-16 18:43:19 UTC

Evolution btfo!

2019-10-16 19:25:11 UTC

@๐–ข๐—๐–บ๐–ฝ ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ฆ (๐– ๐–ญ๐–จ) Watch the two videos above, theyre quite big brained, so enjoy!
