If you cared to challenge the belief systen thats been forced on you, you would know but you are too busy trying to mock others who do not share your belief. You are a good little citizen
Did you grow up Christian?
Maybe
I’m willing to bet he’s bibleman 2
But anyway.
Btw, “forced” is a loaded word. If you think that atheism is *forced* onto he entire population. I’d like you to go research the Middle East
I think its more they willingly refuse to believe in god because they dont have enough educational background to claim god is real. People have to educate themselves in all topics even if they dont like them. After all I don't skip english class
so every athiest refuses to believe in god? every single one of them?
No that one person particularly up there
```Citizen ZLast Sunday at 8:38 PM
Many stories in the bible have proof of being true```
Which ones?
also this statement implies others have proof of being wrong
If you were truly interested you would look for yourself
So there are none
Got it
Okay
There Are A lot Of Biblical Stories With Historic And Geologic Backing
Such As Jesus
I do believe Jesus existed
As a person I mean
There Was A Man Named Jesus Who Was Crucified For Saying He Was The Son Of God
I Believe He Was And Is
I agree with your first statement but those capitals are killing me man
Sorry Lol, I Just Type This Way
Here, I got you
Also the red sea and all the punishments in the Old Testament have backing to be true with geologic evidence
Almost all biblical stories(Not counting Revalations) have historic backing to be true there is just the question that some ask of whether or not there was a god on their side
Except of course genesis, that is the most debated one
But the way I see it if there are people doing amazing things such as healing people as there is historic backing to say that Jesus Christ (Even As A Man) Did then who's to say that the first part of the story which is creation isn't true
Well the issue is almost every part of the bible is interwoven with God as you’d expect, so whether certain parts are verifiable is somewhat irrelevant to the factuality of the bible as a whole
Which leads down to the core debate if whether god is real, which is somewhat a dead end in a debate because there’s not really much proof either way
Well as I said if there was a man who was healing people with incurable sicknessess with his hand saying he was the son of god and then he was crucified and brought from the dead, there isn't much choice but to believe the dude that beat death. There isn't physical proof but with this much historic evidence of people doing astounding things and proceeding to say it was all God, they're backing up their debate a good amount. Of course we won't know unless we die or God were to reveal himself but I think that's exactly what faith is.
The problem is again the verifiability of those actions and how much the bible can be trusted as an accurate source
I mean if a dictionary had as many inconsistencies as the bible it would be taken off the shelves
Not that that totally invalidates the whole book or anything
Just that one has to be careful when it comes to using it as fact
Well my point is it's not just the bible, it's historic sources from eye witnesses that also add to the validity of it
So if Jesus was historically seen by roman guards and stuff performing miracles
And they wrote it down as a log
Or reported it to a king
Ah I see what you mean
Then Jesus having those powers is as near to proven as it can be without going back in time
