True that, very much true that. It just doesnt seem obvious yet that if you dont hire the best man for the job, then the business goes to shit, because they hire shit, based on shit reasoning. This is why the government is shit, and education is shit, and service delivery is shit, and production is shit, our GDP and economy is shit, even the currency is becoming worth shit. This is what shit ideas like this amounts to, a shitty outcome of shitty results. it is supposed to be competitive so that the best can be cultivated in the process of competitiveness, who is going to bother to improve then if the being the best doesnt qualify you for the job? This does more damage to the "priveleged" race that it targets to benefit from this policy... Meanwhile those at a disadvantage work harder and become better, because we still have to compete, we still grow, and get better, so this gap only widens more and more.

Yep, but they dont care, thier claims do not compliment their actions. So many of my previous (black) work colleagues acknowledged that too, so it's not just a "white" opinion lol, although they all DA supporters, they too seem weary of the DA after they started racializing their rhetoric among the citizens ever since the whole white privilege and black poverty statement was made, so it seems they too are joining in the search for an alternatives as they message me asking me and other colleagues who we looking to vote for next election.

I just got back home from the hospital and I brought my sister and my niece with me. They are staying with me for a couple days.

@Duke You have to lead a good example, following a bad example, does not make you any better than them. Persecution is a burden that has to be carried, you have to deal with that reality. If you follow a bad example, you would be a hypocrite for condemning their actions, because obviously you are justifying it by following along, and if you do that, they win, you lose. They want you to follow their lead, they want you to be corrupted of your principles. Don't be weak, be prepared, and outsmart them. You are justified in taking the appropriate actions and measures when the circumstances demand it, not when your emotions dictate it. Be wise, not foolish.

I understand buddy, but hence why i say, be prepared, expect the worst and prepare for it to the best of your ability, and outsmart them, you are justified when the circumstances demand it, not before, and not after. Prevention is better than a cure, or vengeance. Your will should be focused and directed at preventing your family from being harmed, you shouldn't dwell on concerns of what you would do if anything is to happen to them, the time wasted dwelling on those thoughts, is time that could be spent preparing and preventing that from happening.
Be wise, don't be a fool. I wouldn't want you to go through any of that as i don't want anyone else to go through such tragedy. Hence i am trying to advise you, not insult you, or make light of your concerns.

@Sheamus Always a pleasure. In this world of low self-esteems and people being afraid to speak out about faith; that's truly amazing. People need this. People need to stay positive. It's challenging especially in this climate but people are afraid to speak up about restoring that faith - especially with his situation. I believe and always will believe that a little faith goes a long way. The fear we've got has to go away. It's limiting us from being the best we can be and enjoying every moment as it is.
