We meet again @MamaLana Sourdough ...
๐
๐๐
So this will be the place to post and discuss about all things health-related. ๐ด๐ด Everything here is each author's opinion, since we are not doctors and nothing we say or post here is intended to treat or cure any conditions or did-eases. Just in case we get raided by the FDA or CDC or some other 3-lettered agency or 4-lettered word.๐ด๐ด
Thanks for creating this. I am looking forward to what will be presented.
Please ask questions! This will be a place for friendly exploration for some - those new to natural health and maybe just learning about alternatives to big pharma, or allopathic medicine including vaccinations. It is SAFE to assume that many people will fall in either side of many topics here. There will be NO bullying, NO ridiculing, NO threats or generally bad behavior OF COURSE. Oftentimes, our health or dis-ease is what awakened some of us to the GAC. So WELCOME ALL!
@Nightwolf.j2 would you like to post a couple things like links to Dustin's videos where he speaks about Carbon 60 or any healthy topics? Or about Ormus?
Hi @Winsome can you repost with some information about what or why? I'm having a hard time pulling up that site.
Hello, @MamaLana Sourdough. Earthclinic.com https://www.earthclinic.com/ is a nice resource - it offers a huge database of natural remedies submitted by people from all over the world (in English). You can look up information by 'ailment' or by 'remedy'. (For example, you can look up the remedy 'Apple Cider Vinegar' and see lots of uses.) People comment on their experiences with remedies and the votes are compiled to sort the data by effectiveness. It has been very helpful to us for several years now. You don't have to create an account just to look things up.
Wow neet. Cool place. @Winsome
Have you tried Ormus? I was totally into alchemy since the mid 1990s. I'm curious if anyone else has and to share their experiences.
Awesome...I just noticed this room!
I'm making borax water today!
Let me know how that goes, I'm interested in that as well. Will it be organic borax?
Ive gotten off my antiinflammatory and am taking chia seeds and flax seeds because supposedly they have anti-inflammatory properties. I was using tumeric, but have a hard time with the taste. And I forget what I was even using it for!
any info on these would be helpful.
Also whats the best thing for building muscle? I'm just beginning to walk and lift weights again after a year of being inactive. I am not ready to have NO muscles yet! Also any good advice on losing weight at menopause age. Before surgery it was impossible to lose a pound, now it's even worse. Thanks guys!
@Nightwolf.j2how does one make ormus?

@Nightwolf.j2 , no re: Ormus. Have you?
I have, I've known about for a while now, I spoke Barry Carter. Who was in charge of Ormus What is it? Website. Its an amazing product, it helps everyone with many things in different ways. Its basically the 5th element. Which I think will be one of the things that will be disclosed once all the hidden suppressed tech will come out in the light.
Read most of those articles back in the mid 90s.
A really good video on it was the guy who rediscovered alchemy in modern day terms, David Hudson.
@Maga gal Have you tried grinding the chia and flax seeds. I use an electric coffee grinder for about a week's worth at a time. If I have them already ground, my husband will add them to his yogurt.
They actually come ground up. I sprinkle them on pretty much everything. My family makes fun and I donโt care! @BornFree what do you take them for?
Chia and Flax Seeds are a good source of fiber, but also there are lots of trace minerals.
We are always looking for ways to save money. I get ours in bulk section of the coop. It is much cheaper to grind them myself. Also, less loss of nutrients when used soon after grinding.
We switched to coconut oil primarily because of anti-inflammatory properties. there are a lot of other benefits though. ๐ http://www.greenmedinfo.com/blog/13-evidence-based-medicinal-properties-coconut-oil ๐ http://coconutoil.com/study-coconut-oil-fatty-acids-have-bactericidal-and-anti-inflammatory-activities-against-acne/
I can't eat curry often enough to get enough turmeric for health benefits, so we started using the Curamed brand, but due to serious cost difference, we switched to Vitacost.com 's "ROOT2 Turmeric Extract Curcumin C3 Complexยฎ with Bioperineยฎ" The Chia, Flax, Coconut Oil, and Curcumin are all supposed to have anti-inflammatory properties. ๐ท as well as possibly protecting against Fluoride toxicity: http://archive.is/5JZOv ๐ท Also possibly treat/prevent cancer: http://archive.is/182rl ๐ท including TNBC: http://archive.is/ZVeCk ๐ I need to research turmeric supplements more.
@BornFree Do you use coconut oil for cooking too? I have it and use it from time to time but I primarily use Avocado oil for cooking or Olive Oil, grape seed oil has many benifits too.
@Nightwolf ๐ ๐บ We have been using Coconut Oil for cooking, when it can be melted -- eggs, stirfry, pancakes. For in recipes, mostly Avocado oil or Olive oil. I have some Olive/Grapeseed oil, but usually do not think to use it. I have always loved coconut, so i found it quite easy to transition to it. My husband took a bit longer, but now he is used to it. ๐ป
Hey, I just realized that a Youtuber my husband told me about last week is here. ๐ค Gee, it's a small world. https://www.dustinnemos.com/health ๐
No, NOT mysite it's Duston Nemos' site.
Happy Easter everyone!
On the subject of coconut oil, I quit taking it because of cholesterol levels. I might have been overdoing it! I use it here and there now. I had read it only raised the good cholesterol but I guess thatโs not true.
@BornFreeinteresting vid on rice. I must begin cooking it properly!
@TommyMac! Whoa! Last Week my hubby mentioned @Dustin Nemos to me
Dustin Nemos is great
Something interesting for you guys to look at if you're interested in ORMUS. Very cool vid IMO nice and concise. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=taoRi-XvII0
I'm just now catching up on Dustin videos. Does anyone have links to the new gmo experiments he referred to in the 4/4 video? Thanks.
I few things I swear by are local raw unfiltered honey, apple cider vinegar (now made into master tonic) avocado seeds and I've heard that apricot/peach seeds provide a great amount of b-17. (They need to be roasted to cook off the cyanide) haven't yet found any that are organic so I haven't bought any yet to try.
And then there's garlic, garlic, garlic. The stuff is awesome.
I grew up on a dairy farm and played out in the pasture, Creek, pond and always got dirty, I think that is where I built up my super immunity, I'm rarely sick but if a get the sniffles I go straight for the honey and garlic. Garlic burps suck๐ but when taken with the honey they aren't nearly as common.
In one of Dustin's videos I linked to how to make master tonic. Be sure to wear gloves if you make.
If you're nose is stopped up, grating the horseradish will cure that!!!
Makin' some c 60 with some fine virgin olive oil
thx man!
family will appriciate it to!
used my 99.95% oven dried c60 from bucky labs ( cost 135, 95 USD = 111 โฌ with shipment to belgium) with some high quality olive oil , paid 45 โฌ for 1500ml olive oil, but maybe in future i'm gonna use 2000ml for my 1 gram c 60 to
Ok. I have a question for anyone who has done research on the pineal gland and how to best heal it. Anyone? Also planning on healing my husband's type 1 diabetes he has had for just short of 40 years now. DM me please.
@modsquad Pineal gland: Nascent iodine 1-2 drops/day, Magnesium, CBD oil. Also watercress, pineapple, coconut water, banana, avocado. Jordan Sather (Destroying the Illusion) and Dustin have done vids on this.
ty @Relic 1776 will add it to the list of things to look into!
I've gotta tell you guys... There's nothing like making up a batch of homemade body wash, face wash, dishwasher detergent and body powder to make you feel empowered and get your depressed mind off of all this war crap. Ugh!
@jupiterdaisy#0336 how did u make ur products ๐
My friend made garlic honey .. lots of organic garlic in good honey. Uses it for colds .. etc. she just used it on a chicken that was attacked by a dog and had really bad wounds and just ripped raw areas. She slathered it over all those areas and it healed really fast. Chickens usually heal fast but she says this was amazing .. she gave it a bath once wounds healed over. And chicken is ready to go back out to life. I going to make some and thought others may b interested ๐
@hitchhiker I find my recipes in various places and perfect them for my own use. I've been doing this for about 7 years now. Thats amazing about your friend's chicken. I also make a garlic, honey and Cayenne paste for immune issues.
@jupiterdaisy#0336, there is a product called "MediHoney" (kinda on the expensive side) which is for wound care.(I only got MediHoney recently). In 1993, I had a severe wound on my heel. Will leave out the most gory of the details, but after being in a cast for over a month, the original poorly treated heel injury finally required me to see a plastic surgeon. After removing (debriding) all of the dead tissue, I had a huge area on the back of my heel with no skin. There was a product called "duo-derm" which was basically a thin foam sheet (about 4x4 inches) with a sterile sugar compound embedded in it. These things cost me $5 each, and I had to change it every 4-5 days. The plastic surgeon told us that the duo-derm "patch" had come about because of the success of honey used in wound care.
Without it I would have surely lost my foot. We had some amazing help which had kept my wound from getting infected, but it was only a matter of time with a wound that large.
Original wound was beginning of September, Debriding was somewhere second to last week of October. It took until Christmas before I had new skin covering all of the wound. I used to joke that all I wanted for Christmas was not a new front tooth, but my heal healed. And I got it.
Honey does have amazing healing properties!
@hitchhiker Very cool info about using honey on the chicken. I am so glad that it worked so well!
@BornFree good to know! Nature rocks doesn't she?
@jupiterdaisy#0336 Yes. Our ๐ is a wonderous place. So many amazing things. Even when everything is not ๐ 's ๐ฆ 's and ๐ฆ 's there are still so many amazing things. If we only take the time to look, they are right before us.
@jupiterdaisy#0336 What proportions of garlic : honey : cayenne do you use? I make a ginger-honey which is finely grated fresh ginger covered in honey. I then use 1/4 to 1/2 tsp of this to either tea or plain hot water. I used to mince fresh ginger with a knife for ginger tea, but it is handy to have some ready-to-go in the fridge.
Are there options for COPD?
Hello, does anyone have any experience making c60 on their own? I just finished my first batch after 2 weeks of sturring and i still had a considerable amount of c60 not desolved, laying on the bottom. Should I stir faster or just longer, or should i use oil that has a greater viscosity? I saw on youtube the same magnetic stirrer making c60 and it had more or less the same speed of stirring so i don't think it was that. anywayz have a good day
I think I already have the answer , i'm gonna cranck it up a little bit more next time :-p
@Stofke86#1505 I'm pretty sure Dustin did a video on making it on Nemo V channel
@BornFree#4592 for u ๐. Just makes me smile .. hee hee
@Lisemc#5461 I'm sorry not informed on COPD. but if I had something like that I would look for a really good classical homeopathic doctor. It is hard to find one but they can help many ailments western medical just make worse. I will help u find one if you would like.
Morning skies today maryland
This mess doesnโt help copd
We have had fewer chems but maybe itโs because we had so much wind. On calm days we get loaded...
I canโt find these planes on flightradar24
hitchhiker#9809 @Lisemc#5461 their are some great items to get rid of heavy metals . There are also good minerals we are lacking on Ken Rolas website Fresh and Alive. He also has lots of really great info on many many things going on. But chemtrails couldn't be helping condition and some of these things help combat those
I use Axe deodorant and showergel, but somebody told me there are lots of heavy metals in these products, does anybody know of some better alternatives?
Tom's of Maine
Think Sport has some good deodorants that work .
I make my own deodorant with half aloe vera gel and half coconut oil
@jupiterdaisy sounds very healthy, alsow for the skin, i'll look into it thx
@Stofke86 this works well for me .. a lot of natural types donโt.. guess Iโm extra stinky ๐
Got it at sprouts
I find the natural deodorants are not antiperspirants tho.m
@creepyAnon antiperspirants are not good for your body's health. You need to perspire.
@Stofke86#1505 there are plenty of natural options available. Crystal is one option- we use the spray so the bacteria from underarms doesn't get on applicator (like with solids or rollons). Also, if your diet is clean and your system is functioning properly, you don't really usually need to use anything. But I understand that can be offensive to some...lol. Crystal spray is a great option.
@MamaLana Sourdough Ok thx for the info, I'm definitely going for a more natural solution.
I stopped washing my hair with shampoo several years ago. I can wash my hair with natural kitchen products like baking soda. Baking soda also helps keep my skin clear of rough dry skin patches. It exfoliates and tightens the skin. It makes my finger nails strong and white. It relieves itching in scalp and skin. Bathing in it makes my skin soft. I use alcohol under my arms whenever I feel sweaty. Itโs great to kill bad odor from germs. I skip the flouride and aluminum products and also parabens phthalate tea and dea and sodium Lauralsulfate. Coconut oil is great too for skin and teeth.
I make an wonderful face wash out of half baking soda and half coconut oil. Yes, it is excellent for tightening and softening skin!
Does anyone do coconut oil pulling.. first thing when u wake up switch teaspoon oil through teeth and spit out ? I do it first a few minutes then new batch 10 more min and spit out .. all kinds of benefits
Auto correction should b swish
No, seems interesting, u do that every morning?
quite a bit but not every day. Itโs good too though
Does anyone happen to know the solubility of C60 in the various oils, i.e., avocado , coconut, or olive oil? 1 gram in 1 liter? Thanks in advance.
