I few things I swear by are local raw unfiltered honey, apple cider vinegar (now made into master tonic) avocado seeds and I've heard that apricot/peach seeds provide a great amount of b-17. I've been in touch with someone in Australia that says in the 90's she thought she was having a heart attack, went to the ER and was given meds to calm her and said nothing has been the same since. She discovered only through searching (they wouldn't release the info on what they gave her) that it must have been risperdol and something else but says she no longer needs food, water or sleep.
