I have, I've known about for a while now, I spoke Barry Carter. Who was in charge of Ormus What is it? Website. Its an amazing product, it helps everyone with many things in different ways. Its basically the 5th element. Which I think will be one of the things that will be disclosed once all the hidden suppressed tech will come out in the light.

Read most of those articles back in the mid 90s.

A really good video on it was the guy who rediscovered alchemy in modern day terms, David Hudson.

@Maga gal Have you tried grinding the chia and flax seeds. I use an electric coffee grinder for about a week's worth at a time. If I have them already ground, my husband will add them to his yogurt.

2018-04-01 11:50:13 UTC

They actually come ground up. I sprinkle them on pretty much everything. My family makes fun and I don’t care! @BornFree what do you take them for?

Chia and Flax Seeds are a good source of fiber, but also there are lots of trace minerals.

We are always looking for ways to save money. I get ours in bulk section of the coop. It is much cheaper to grind them myself. Also, less loss of nutrients when used soon after grinding.

I can't eat curry often enough to get enough turmeric for health benefits, so we started using the Curamed brand, but due to serious cost difference, we switched to Vitacost.com 's "ROOT2 Turmeric Extract Curcumin C3 Complex® with Bioperine®" The Chia, Flax, Coconut Oil, and Curcumin are all supposed to have anti-inflammatory properties. 🌷 as well as possibly protecting against Fluoride toxicity: http://archive.is/5JZOv 🌷 Also possibly treat/prevent cancer: http://archive.is/182rl 🌷 including TNBC: http://archive.is/ZVeCk 🌞 I need to research turmeric supplements more.

@BornFree Do you use coconut oil for cooking too? I have it and use it from time to time but I primarily use Avocado oil for cooking or Olive Oil, grape seed oil has many benifits too.

2018-04-01 17:00:14 UTC

@BornFree Thank you!

2018-04-01 19:19:21 UTC

@Maga gal 🌺 You are most welcome. Have a wonderful Easter.

2018-04-01 19:28:09 UTC

@Nightwolf 🌚 🐺 We have been using Coconut Oil for cooking, when it can be melted -- eggs, stirfry, pancakes. For in recipes, mostly Avocado oil or Olive oil. I have some Olive/Grapeseed oil, but usually do not think to use it. I have always loved coconut, so i found it quite easy to transition to it. My husband took a bit longer, but now he is used to it. 🌻

Hey, I just realized that a Youtuber my husband told me about last week is here. 🤔 Gee, it's a small world. https://www.dustinnemos.com/health 👋

2018-04-01 19:39:02 UTC

No, NOT mysite it's Duston Nemos' site.

2018-04-02 00:00:21 UTC

Happy Easter everyone!
On the subject of coconut oil, I quit taking it because of cholesterol levels. I might have been overdoing it! I use it here and there now. I had read it only raised the good cholesterol but I guess that’s not true.

@BornFreeinteresting vid on rice. I must begin cooking it properly!

2018-04-08 15:53:37 UTC

I'm just now catching up on Dustin videos. Does anyone have links to the new gmo experiments he referred to in the 4/4 video? Thanks.

I few things I swear by are local raw unfiltered honey, apple cider vinegar (now made into master tonic) avocado seeds and I've heard that apricot/peach seeds provide a great amount of b-17. (They need to be roasted to cook off the cyanide) haven't yet found any that are organic so I haven't bought any yet to try.
And then there's garlic, garlic, garlic. The stuff is awesome.
I grew up on a dairy farm and played out in the pasture, Creek, pond and always got dirty, I think that is where I built up my super immunity, I'm rarely sick but if a get the sniffles I go straight for the honey and garlic. Garlic burps suck😂 but when taken with the honey they aren't nearly as common.
In one of Dustin's videos I linked to how to make master tonic. Be sure to wear gloves if you make.
If you're nose is stopped up, grating the horseradish will cure that!!!

Ok. I have a question for anyone who has done research on the pineal gland and how to best heal it. Anyone? Also planning on healing my husband's type 1 diabetes he has had for just short of 40 years now. DM me please.

2018-04-15 22:35:24 UTC

@modsquad Pineal gland: Nascent iodine 1-2 drops/day, Magnesium, CBD oil. Also watercress, pineapple, coconut water, banana, avocado. Jordan Sather (Destroying the Illusion) and Dustin have done vids on this.

2018-04-15 23:04:54 UTC

ty @Relic 1776 will add it to the list of things to look into!

2018-04-15 23:49:37 UTC

I've gotta tell you guys... There's nothing like making up a batch of homemade body wash, face wash, dishwasher detergent and body powder to make you feel empowered and get your depressed mind off of all this war crap. Ugh!

@jupiterdaisy#0336 how did u make ur products 🌞

2018-04-16 19:52:06 UTC

My friend made garlic honey .. lots of organic garlic in good honey. Uses it for colds .. etc. she just used it on a chicken that was attacked by a dog and had really bad wounds and just ripped raw areas. She slathered it over all those areas and it healed really fast. Chickens usually heal fast but she says this was amazing .. she gave it a bath once wounds healed over. And chicken is ready to go back out to life. I going to make some and thought others may b interested 🕊

2018-04-18 20:26:43 UTC

@hitchhiker I find my recipes in various places and perfect them for my own use. I've been doing this for about 7 years now. Thats amazing about your friend's chicken. I also make a garlic, honey and Cayenne paste for immune issues.

@jupiterdaisy#0336, there is a product called "MediHoney" (kinda on the expensive side) which is for wound care.(I only got MediHoney recently). In 1993, I had a severe wound on my heel. Will leave out the most gory of the details, but after being in a cast for over a month, the original poorly treated heel injury finally required me to see a plastic surgeon. After removing (debriding) all of the dead tissue, I had a huge area on the back of my heel with no skin. There was a product called "duo-derm" which was basically a thin foam sheet (about 4x4 inches) with a sterile sugar compound embedded in it. These things cost me $5 each, and I had to change it every 4-5 days. The plastic surgeon told us that the duo-derm "patch" had come about because of the success of honey used in wound care.

2018-04-19 21:13:12 UTC

Without it I would have surely lost my foot. We had some amazing help which had kept my wound from getting infected, but it was only a matter of time with a wound that large.

2018-04-19 21:17:18 UTC

Original wound was beginning of September, Debriding was somewhere second to last week of October. It took until Christmas before I had new skin covering all of the wound. I used to joke that all I wanted for Christmas was not a new front tooth, but my heal healed. And I got it.

2018-04-19 21:17:50 UTC

Honey does have amazing healing properties!

2018-04-19 21:20:12 UTC

@hitchhiker Very cool info about using honey on the chicken. I am so glad that it worked so well!
